Luxurious Villa with Private Pool and 3 Bedrooms

Welcome to Goldland Villa! We are delighted to have you as our guests. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following instructions for a comfortable and enjoyable stay:

1. Please send the pictures of tenant’s passports before check in for registration.

2. Arrival Information: The password to open the door to the villa will be sent to you before the check-in time. Towels, shampoo, shower gel, laundry soap, and fabric softener will be provided for your comfort during your stay at Goldland. To ensure your privacy, our staff will not enter the villa after you have checked in. If you require the villa to be cleaned (free from the 3rd night onwards) or have any other requests, please notify us via message so that we can assist you.

3. Take care of your accompanying children and pets during your stay. Please do not throw towels on the floor.

About the House:

1. Air Conditioning: Upon arrival, please turn on the controllers and use the remote controllers to turn on the air conditioners. We kindly request that you close all doors and windows during air conditioners working and please turn the air conditioners off before leaving the house to conserve energy.

2. Hot Water for Shower: To ensure hot water for your shower, turn on the hot water controller 15-30 minutes before bathing. Remember to turn it off after use.

3. Food and Smoking: For hygiene purposes, please refrain from bringing food into the bedrooms. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas.

4. Ironing Facilities: You can find an iron and ironing board in bedroom 3, next to the laundry area.

5. Aosmith water purifier is available for a fresh drink

6. Insect Information: There are no bugs or mosquitoes inside the house. However, due to the typical tropical climate in Central Vietnam, you may see small salamanders in the house or outside. These salamanders are harmless and actually help control the mosquito population. Please close the doors, windows, and gate to prevent insects and salamanders from entering the house.

7. Mini Bar: A mini bar is provided for your convenience, and there is a price list for self-service. Please pay for any drinks, snacks you use before checking out.

8. Complimentary Welcome Items: Enjoy complimentary welcome snacks & drinking water.

9. Shower Pressure and Pump Noise: The shower pressure is strong due to a pump, which may generate some noise. If you find the noise bothersome, you can turn off the pump controller after showering. Remember to turn it on before each shower.

10. Swimming Pool Maintenance: The swimming pool water is treated twice a day by an automatic system to ensure cleanliness. Additionally, our pool maintenance staff will come to maintain and clean the pool every Friday at 1:30 PM.

11. Security camera outside the house only for safety purpose. For guest’s privacy, not any camera or recording device inside the house.

To ensure your privacy, our staff will not enter the villa after you have checked in. If you request for cleaning the house or have any other requests, please notify us.

Friendly be reminded that check out time is no later than 11 o'clock today. I appreciate if you can notify us your check out time and ensure that all hot water taps and air conditioners are turned off, and all doors are locked as well as leave cash for the minibar you used before check out.
