The room was a little moldy, and the air conditioning produced squeaky sounds. Then, although i didnt use the rooftop pool, it looked decent. After, the breakfast is delicious and you have to choose from the menu if you want to order it the day before. Subsequently, they served mediocre quality. Thereupon, their workers are very warm.

The hotel is situated a little outside. We were aware of this, and it was perfectly fine. The rooms are spacious, bright, clean. Our favorite feature was the balcony, which was complemented by the rooftop pool. Unfortunately, the personnel are extremely pushy. Its nice when the staff is attentive and friendly, but here, they are pushiest and push small talk on you every time you enter the lobby, even if you are in remorse because you ordered cabs. Here, there is simply no sense of urgency. Breakfast is not good. Instead of eating breakfast in the hotel, we preferred to eat it outside instead.

This is a great place to stay. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She asked for our breakfast and suggested what we should have. Rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable. I spent two nights here and had incredibly good sleep. Price is reasonable including breakfast.

The hotel is very nice, spacious rooms and a large bathroom, ground floor offers tastier veranda with sitting area to enjoy your coffee. The owner of this hotel was very helpful, ask her to prepare for you cold coffee, it was delicious.

I adored everything about this hotel! The staff was amazing, so generous with their time, and they arranged motorbike rentals, transfers to and from da Nang, as well as our laundry at more than reasonable prices. It was also a joy that they allowed us to use the hotel bikes for free. The balcony was equally blissful. And the breakfast offered countless options (i would recommend the banana or pineapple pancakes).

Strongly advised. Very lovely and cozy room design with antique furniture. However, the equipments are still in full working order. Friendly receptionist. Having a rooftop pool is incredibly beneficial.

Clean and spacious rooms. The pool on the top floor of the building is very nice and quiet, especially at late hours. Good location within walking distance to old town. Staff could use a little more english, but they are very helpful and we managed to understand each other.

The rooms are clean and spacious, with friendly and helpful staff. But very noisy, most of the rooms face a very busy road so lots of revving mopeds and beeping of horns, so 3 broken nights sleep. Its brisk to bike to the beach and 15 minutes to main tourist road, bikes are free, its fun, but when it rains the location is difficult. Very noisy rooms, the pictures of gardens are actually trees in front and scrubland across the street.

This hotel is ideal for a holiday getaway, the rooms are immaculate and quite roomy. The breakfast is fantastic! Beautiful pool. I couldnt be happier with the service the receptionist provided to us, she knows how to make you feel at ease. Rooms and beds 10/10 Service 1010 Breakfast 1010. I will stay here if i ever return to hoi an.

The best place we have stayed in se Asia so far. I just wish they werent too pushy when it came to selling various services like taxis and taylors. Beautiful pool, lots of bikes, will stay again.

We had a great few nights here because this place was fantastic. We enjoyed countless nights there and had an amazing balcony. The room was spotless and excellent. I was grateful that they allowed me to use the moped because the complimentary bikes greatly enhanced our experience. They were incredibly kind and gave us excellent advice. Thank you for everything.

One of the nicest lodging experiences ive ever had. The warm welcome, hospitality, and cozy rooms were all excellent. It was also a treat to have free bikes, plus the location is in the heart of town. Lisa and team, thank you for making my stay unforgettable.
