1. Check-in & Check-out
• Check-in is available from 2:00 PM.
• Check-out is by 12:00 PM.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

2. Number of Guests
• Please ensure that the number of guests staying at the property does not exceed the number registered in your reservation.
• If there are any changes to the number of guests, please let us know in advance.

3. Food & Room Cleanliness
• Please avoid bringing strongly scented food into the room.
• Please avoid eating or drinking on the bed.
• Before check-out, we kindly ask that you dispose of excessive rubbish and leave the room in reasonable condition.
• An additional cleaning fee of VND 50,000 may apply if the room requires excessive cleaning after check-out.

4. Housekeeping During Your Stay
• Housekeeping is available daily from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
• For stays of 2–3 nights, your room can be cleaned once during your stay.
• For stays of 5–6 nights, your room can be cleaned twice during your stay.
• For stays of more than 7 days, your room can be cleaned every 3 days. A fourth cleaning within the same week is available at an additional charge of VND 50,000.
• Rubbish collection and towel replacement are available upon request. Please message us whenever you need assistance.

5. Safety & Prohibited Items
• The use or possession of illegal substances, flammable or explosive materials, or any items prohibited under Vietnamese law is strictly prohibited on the property.
• Please do not bring unregistered outside guests into the property without informing us in advance.

6. Decorations
• Light decorations are welcome, but please do not attach, tape, stick, or fix decorations directly to the walls or other surfaces of the property.

7. Bathroom Use
• Please do not dispose of toilet paper, sanitary products, or other waste in the toilet, as this may cause blockages.

8. Quiet Hours
• Please keep noise to a minimum between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM and be considerate of other guests and our neighbors.

9. Main Gate
• When entering or leaving the property at night, please make sure the main gate is properly closed and locked.
• If you notice that the gate has been left open, we’d appreciate your help in closing it.

10. Property & Equipment
• Please use all furniture, appliances, and other property facilities with care.
• If you notice any damage or issue during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can assist.
• Lost or damaged items may be charged according to the replacement price where applicable.
