House Rules for The Ocean Villas:
1. **Check-in/Check-out**
- Check-in time: 3:00 PM
- Check-out time: 12:00 PM
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but must be arranged in advance.

2. **Quiet Hours**
- Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Please respect the neighbors and avoid loud music or noise during this time.

3. **Maximum Occupancy**
- The villa can accommodate a maximum of [9] guests. Please do not exceed this number unless agreed upon in advance.

4. **Pool Use**
- No diving or rough play in the pool area. Children must be supervised at all times.

5. **No Smoking**
- Smoking is **not allowed** inside the villa. You may smoke outside in designated areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

6 **Pet Policy**
- Pets are not allowed unless confirmed prior to your stay. A pet cleaning fee may apply.

7. **Cleanliness**
- Please keep the villa tidy and respect the space as you would your own home. Excessive dirtiness may be charged an extra cleaning fee.

8. **Damage & Repairs**
- Any damage to the villa or missing items must be reported immediately. Guests will be charged for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.

9. Stained towels or bedsheets will be charged for extra cleaning fee. Towels are for showers and drying only. Try to avoid blood stains, makeup, food, or dirt stains on the white towels. Cleaning fees can range from 50,000 to 300,000 VND depending on the size of the sheet or towel.

10. **Security**
- Please lock doors and windows when you leave the villa. You are responsible for the security of your personal belongings. There is a safe in every room, please use it for valuables and excessive cash.

11. **Parking**
- Free parking is available on-site. Please park in designated areas only.

12. **Free Airport Pickup Service**
- Complimentary pickup is available for bookings of 2 or more nights. Please provide your arrival details in advance to arrange this service.

13. **Local Regulations**
- Guests must comply with local laws and regulations during their stay.

Failure to follow these rules may result in extra charges or termination of your stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all guests!
