Personnel très agréable. Notamment Nhu qui as su répondre à toutes mes questions et l'hôtel propose des excursions ainsi que des vans pour vous amener à votre prochaine étape du voyage. Le rapport qualité prix est très bien! Le petit déjeuner est inclus. L'hôtel se trouve à même pas 15 minutes à pieds du vieux quartier. J'ai adoré mon séjour.

The bathroom roof could use a deep clean, but that’s all I have to say. The staff is super helpful and kind, and the breakfast is good! Would absolutely recommend, as it’s affordable, comfortable rooms and just a 10-minute walk from the Old Town

Spacious and clean room! Service was very friendly, I do recommend this place if ever you’re in Hoi An, not too far from the historic city/area, around 10-15 minutes of walk only.

Be aware that there’s no elevator in this hotel it might be difficult if you have problems to go up and down the stairs especially with luggage…otherwise it’s a good hotel at good location at a reasonable price

Bersih & cukup nyaman. Tapi ga ada eskalatornya, jadi kalau dapat di lantai atas, agak PR bawa kopernya (bisa minta bantuin staffnya) Ini kayak bisnis keluarga, jd ownernya masih keluarga semua, so friendly ❤️ Dekat ke Banh Mi Madam Khanh & Cơm Gà Bà Buội

This place is a gem!! I am thrilled I found it, it is walking distance to Hỏi An old market. There is a great spa across from the hotel. The staff can’t be more welcoming, next to the hotel you can change USD money at an excellent rate. The room is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. I would come back here 10’x over. They also provide laundry service and gave it back to me at the end of the day. I took the family room that had 3 twin beds and 1 king bed.

Lovely small hotel with nicest staff I have ever encountered. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and lots of dining options nearby. ( Cafe 43was great) Easy walk to Old Town. Would definitely stay again.

The property is clean. No elevator. The staff help to bring your luggage up when you arrive however they did not help to bring them down. Staffs are very friendly. The location doesn't allow 16 seats vehicle to come in so you have to take electric shuttle to come in if you have big group and using 16 seat vehicle. The location is within walkable distance (12 to 15 min walk) to Hoi An night market where you can catch a boat at night time with a lot of street food.

We enjoyed our stay at Phong Phu Villa which was a brand new facility, only a year old, in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Our room was clean and spacious. The free breakfasts were nutritious, delicious local cuisine with exotic tropical fruits for dessert. The staff was attentive and helpful. Highly recommended!

This hotel opened 2 weeks ago so it's in great condition and very clean. The staff are so sweet and helpful. The room is big and nicely decorated. The only thing we didn't like is the room is quite bright at night because the hall light shines into the room.

When i return, i would like to stay at this hotel. The room was tidy, and the personnel was really polite. There is a convenience store close by, making it a convenient location to eat. Bicycle rentals are also available at no cost.

Kami menghabiskan 3 malam di sini dengan 5 orang dan sangat puas. Kamar modern dan bersih, pembersihan harian tersedia jika Anda mau. Lokasinya terutama sangat bagus karena Anda dapat mencapai kota tua dalam waktu singkat dengan berjalan kaki. Staf juga sangat ramah dan membantu. Kami dibantu dengan pemesanan tamasya dan perjalanan selanjutnya ke kota non-turis yang sedikit lebih rumit. Kami juga dapat menyewa sepeda dan sampai ke pantai dalam waktu 15- 20 menit.

The hotel itself is sufficient for a place to stay. It has nothing else to offer, so just sleep and go. Clean and comfortable. The personnel are really courteous and helpful. Excellent position, sufficiently close to the city center.

Foto yang ditampilkan di website terlalu jauh dari produk yang sebenarnya dan deskripsi lokasi yang salah. Agak jauh dari pusat kota, setidaknya 15 menit berjalan kaki. Sedikit sepi ketika kembali ke hotel, setelah gelap. Fasilitasnya agak tua.

The hotel is conveniently located near general stores, restaurants, laundry service, and local food vendors. The hotel is affordable and can accommodate single travelers and families. There is no escalator, so you have to climb the stairs as guest rooms are on floors 2 and above. The staff here are helpful, friendly, and speak english. We went as a group of 4 and got a spacious 4 bed room with 3 single beds and 1 queen bed so it was suitable for 5 people. Our room comes with a fridge, toiletries, 2 air conditioners, a hairdryer, a balcony, and plenty of storage. The room is clean and has daily housekeeping on request.

The location is close to the old town but has a local alley feel. The top 4th floor? Even in a room without windows, the sunlight coming in from the ceiling made it feel good. It might be better than city view as far from the hustle and bustle of karaoke and bikes.
