• Please clean the kitchen and wash dishes after use.
• Cleaning service is available with a fee of 100,000 VND if needed.
• Dispose of garbage at the designated building waste collection area.

5. Furniture & Property
• Do not move or rearrange furniture without permission.
• Guests are responsible for any damage or loss (100% compensation required).
• Irremovable stains on towels, bedding, walls, or furniture will incur a fee of 100,000 – 300,000 VND.
