We highly recommend this place to visit and stay. This place is really nice. It looks just like in the photos. The room is clean, the toilet is very nice, and yes, its all a very nice place! The owner is very nice, kind, and helpful. If you want a trip or transfer, just let him do it. He wants to take care of you. She also cooks very good, and you can also eat here. She can help you with tailoring, renting motorbikes, etc.

We had a great time during our stay! We were greeted by a very spacious, tidy, and cozy room from the owner, who is very friendly. The surroundings are also stunning, with a lovely river on the other side and a short stroll to the beach, where few people were around.

A truly excellent homestay in the hoi an area. Very clean, with good facilities and a truly family atmosphere. The host, hien, is lovely and will go out of her way to support you. Highly recommended, 7 of us as a family stayed 12 nights across 4 rooms, we would all go back in a heartbeat.

Tempat tidur dan sarapannya sangat bersih! Nyonya rumah sangat ramah dan membantu. Dia mengatur tiket kereta api dan transportasi ke stasiun kereta untuk kami. We planned to stay here for two nights in hoi an, but a week later, we are. This hotel comes highly recommended by me. The proprietors are incredibly kind and accommodating. The rooms are spotless, and the swimming pool is lovely. Every morning, the breakfast is delicious and freshly prepared. We have had a great time and will most certainly return.

This place is truly amazing! I would rate it a perfect 10 out of 10. It is a much quieter familyrun company. We stayed at the le pavilion luxury suites and ended up here. Although that was also lovely, this place had a refreshing personal touch that is unmatched in a hotel. Hien was an absolutely delightful host! In addition to owning and managing the establishment, she also served as our receptionist, cooking for us, assisting us with custom experiences, massages, tickets to tours, and more. She even provided me with a free ride on her scooter when i needed to run an errand. We ate more than half of our meals here, dining between the restaurant and room service, as her cooking was truly exceptional! I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

We had a wonderful stay at hiens place. She was always so friendly and polite. Helped us with everything laundry, trips, recommendations. The rooms and pool area are also very nice and very clean. Breakfast was very good and cheap. Would come back.

We are so happy we discovered this treasure and heartily suggest it to other travelers! This small boutique hotel, hidden away like a hidden paradise, was exactly what we needed to relax and recharge. Hien was amazing, and the place is the cleanest youll find. We were waited for, taken care of for every need, and her family was all very nice. The massage she organized with rose was the best we had in vietnam. We loved relaxing by the pool and playing cards by the river. It is so flat that you can easily get anywhere, and we could borrow bikes for free. What a fantastic way to see the place.

Our host Mrs. Hien was remarkable. She booked excursions for my wife and I, made dinner recommendations and made our breakfast to order every morning. When we first arrived our room on the third floor was quite hot but she gave us her fan from the front lobby to use until the air conditioning cooled things off, then she went out and bought us our own fan the next day to make sure we were comfortable. The AC worked well and an hour before we’d come back to our Homestay we would text her and she’d turn on the AC so our room was nice and cool when we returned. Great location near the beach and we enjoyed a swim in the sea every day. Recommend the Chien restaurant which is very close by and the Old Man Restaurant which was also good. And finally her place is so very clean. The cleanest place we stayed during our month in Vietnam. Grab taxis to the old town were less than $5 and came quickly. We loved being near the beach with the touristy area quickly accessible when we wanted.

This was the best hotel ive ever stayed at. The owner was an abs angel. She had to wake up at 5 am, but due to a terrible train experience, we didnt get in until 13.00. She didnt say a word and only welcomed us with open arms. She upgraded our rooms, arranged our tours, offered us free bikes to use around the city, made us coffee and cleaned our room every day no matter if we left our room only at 14.00. She was so nice and so sweet, always checking on us. She booked our transportation everywhere so we didnt have to worry about anything, took care of our laundry. The room was beautiful, so was the bathroom. The pool looked like one in a tropical resort. Flowers and vibrant plants everywhere. A beautiful small restaurant next to it that is part of the hotel and offers room service. Oh and dont forget Netflix, amazon prime and YouTube on flatscreen tv. She put a diffuser in our room so that when we returned it smelled like lemon grass. The hotel was beautiful, honestly, i almost cried when we left. I cant recommend this enough. Better service than in a 5 star hotel and cheaper than a hostel. This hotel will always be in my heart.

I had a great time during my stay! The villa features a lovely pool where you can unwind, and the rooms are really lovely. The location is ideal as well, the old town can be reached in five minutes by bike or car, and the beach is only a fiveminute walk away.

We had a great time during our stay. The owner, hien, is incredibly helpful and kind. She prepared all of our trips for us and is also an excellent chef. The breakfast is also excellent! Banana pancakes! We spent a lot of time in the lovely pool area. We had a great nights sleep in the spacious room. I wholeheartedly recommend it.
