The staff were friendly, helpful and outdid themselves to keep us happy and comfortable. We loved our stay at Sapa Rosie House and wished it could have been longer than the short two days we had.

This was by far our favorite stay on our trip throughout Vietnam! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and even booked an amazing tour for us. The rooms were spacious, clean and had spectacular views!! The hotel's location was close enough for a quick grab into the city center, but off the beaten path enough that the location was serene. All of this and the excellent breakfast made our stay exceptional. We stayed two nights, but wished we could have extended our trip to stay even longer. Highly recommend!

Our stay here was absolutely incredible, we have never experienced beauty like staying at Sapa Rosie House. Tony was accommodating, helpful and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We will be back one day!

The owner, i believe, is one of the friendliest people ive ever encountered. The location is incredibly charming, serene, and has a really positive vibe. The food was excellent. The dogs were adorable and amusing. It was a really pleasant stay near the mountains.

The two owners are incredibly enthusiastic and friendly, adding to the overall positive experience. We stayed in a comfortable bungalow near the bustling center of sa pa (10 minutes by car or motorcycle) and had a stunning balcony view. The dinner and lunch menu offer local, fresh, and really good food, but the service is even better! In this very familiar atmosphere, you get many suggestions for trips and if you want full organization (hiking on the rice terraces, motorbike, transfers. Thank you so much for a great time here! Ini adalah satu-satunya homestay yang membuat kami merasa nyaman dan bahagia seperti di rumah sendiri. Tuan rumah yang sangat baik, juru masak yang baik, bahasa Inggris yang baik, antusias, menyenangkan, Homestay tenang, sejuk, banyak pepohonan, udara segar, Ruang bersama luas dan luas, dekorasi brokat, pakaian etnik, Para tamu dapat memasak makanan mereka sendiri, mencuci pakaian murah, KHUSUS: selain 2 host besar yang berjalan dengan 2 kaki, ada juga host kecil yang berjalan dengan 4 kaki yang sangat lucu, yaitu Poppy kesayangan saya, sangat lucu. Pasti akan kembali Rosie.

Excellent experience in a private bedroom on the second floor of the stilt house. Extremely good value. However, the property is not insectproof and is in nature. The property includes a main stilt house and several bungalows.

I highly recommend this place when visiting sapa, its such a serene and enjoyable place. Beautiful location and a very relaxed place to stay. There is no sound insulation between rooms, so be careful if youre a couple. Loved it here.

This place is much nicer than all the hotels in sa pa town that are heavily populated with tourists! Wake up in the middle of nature and go hiking in the high mountains. The staff is very kind and helpful in organizing tours or transfers.

Lokasinya sekitar 3 km dari kota Sapa, terasa seperti rumah sendiri, perapian kecil, anjing yang menggemaskan dan lucu serta kucing kecil yang menggoda anjing. Sambutannya bahkan pada jam 7 pagi oleh Huy, nyaman, hangat, dan sedikit teh. Rumah besar dikelilingi oleh 7 bungalo tradisional, dengan restoran di lantai dasar, ruang tamu, kursi kecil di sekitar perapian, dan di lantai atas, beberapa kamar kecil, sangat menyenangkan, tenang, nyaman, bersih, dan tempat tidur yang sangat nyaman. Saya merasa sangat baik di sini. Saya mungkin menyewa skuter untuk pergi ke kota Sapa, berbelanja, dan pijat. Kemungkinan berangkat dari sini untuk perjalanan. Saya hanya menambahkan bahwa penting untuk mencicipi fondue Vietnam di Rosies, benar-benar enak, berlimpah, dan lezat. Saya sangat merekomendasikan.

The house is very clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view and perfect location. The owners are a wonderful vietnamese family, they speak good english and are very helpful. Breakfast was great and the value for money. And we just loved the kids. Will definitely be back if we come.

I absolutely adore this place. Its impeccably clean, peaceful, and offers an amazing view. The staff and manager are exceptionally friendly and accommodating.
