✔️ Please send a photo of the passport or ID card of each guest staying at the apartment to register for temporary residence at the Ho Chi Minh City Police. This is to ensure your safety and rights while staying at the apartment. We will not be responsible for any problems that arise if you do not provide us with information and are against the law. ✔️ It is strictly forbidden to bring weapons, explosives, flammable substances, drugs and narcotics into the apartment. Especially do not use drugs or other illegal activities in the apartment such as organizing illegal gambling. ✔️ Do not make noise after 10pm. Don't open the door for anyone. ✔️ When going out, please turn off lights, air conditioners, and water heaters. ✔️Do not change or move furniture or equipment in the room. You are responsible for compensating the apartment at current prices for any loss or damage caused. ✔️ Do not smoke in the apartment (you can smoke on the balcony). ✔️ Please throw trash in the trash room next to the elevator, gray door. ✔️ Please wash dishes, clean the kitchen after cooking and keep the apartment clean. If you leave the apartment too messy, we will charge 200,000 VND/per apartment. ✔️ Please do not use towels to clean shoes or feet. If it gets dirty, we will charge a surcharge of 200,000 VND/piece ✔️ When checking out, please put your apartment card back in the mailbox on the ground floor. If you lose your card, we will charge 200,000 VND/card. ✔️ Additional services: - 1 extra towel: 50,000 VND - Replace all bed sheets: 100,000 VND -Cleaning the entire room (including changing bedsheets): 250,000 VND ✔️ If you need support please contact us.
