We would like to provide you with some more useful information for your stay at our hotel as below:
1) Our Reception is open from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM; the official check-in time is from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. So if you arrive too early/late for check-in at night time, you should inform us about your early or late arrival. Paying early check-in is subject to availability before 9:00 AM. Free early check-in is subject to availability after 09:00 AM.
We have a waiting room available for our guests to have a rest in case of early arrival before check-in and/or late departure after check-out.
From 7:00 AM, you can leave your big luggage at our Reception area and go sightseeing around before check-in or after check-out.
Check-out time is before 12 o’clock of noontime. So, if you want to have a late check-out or to extend longer your stay at our hotel, please contact our Reception!
2) Whenever you have any additional services of our hotel (such as: bicycle or motorbike rental, laundry washing, bus & train ticket bookings, private transportation…) please tell us your room number and sign your note in our book of services!
3) Breakfast time is from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. However, you should come to our restaurant before 9:00 am if you want to have it. Last order of food for dinner is before 9:30 pm. Kitchen is closed before 10:00 pm;
4) Our hotel has automatic scooters and bicycles for rent: it costs 130,000 VND/day/motorbike (no fuel) and 40,000 VND/day/bicycle. Our laundry service takes about 24 hours and costs 50,000 VND/kilo. You can pay for everything at our hotel in cash (VND or Card payment)
5) Our hotel provides booking services for bus tickets, train tickets... We also organize pick up & transfer services from Ninh Binh train station, from Hanoi-City, from Hanoi Airport or from Halong-city… to our hotel (with supplement).
6) Our hotel can not provide any pick-up nor any other services from 11:30 PM to 6:30 AM (during the night) except for late or early check-in that should be booked & confirmed in advance by guests!
7) For your added information, our hotel rooms are non-smoking and equipped with reversible air-conditioner to cooling down or heating up the room accordingly.
