TARA's House: SAFE&CLEAN Studio Room @Local Vibe

TARA's HOUSE REGULATION:

- We live in this house ourselves, so you can feel the difference from renting a hotel room.

- Toilet paper in the bin rule

- NO SMOKING in the room, please get outside or to the balcony

- DO NOT THROW GARBAGE from the balcony and outside the main door.

- Do help us water our plants on the balcony in the morning ( before 11 am) or afternoon (after 4 pm). The plants will be so happy and we truly appreciate that.

- If you are sensitive to noise bring earplugs in case sometimes construction or night time heavy rain sounds.

- Limited mobility, young children or pets.

- Please kindly be quite after 22:00

- Vietnam is cash economy: Please carry small notes with you where possible, as most vendors will likely not be able to provide change from the largest denominations

- Please be respectful of the house and neighborhood, it would be a hassle if I get complaints and I needed to let Agoda know about any incidents that occur.

- As per local regulation, we would really be appreciated if you could provide details of your full name/ passport number/ country of origin. This is for nothing but a track record requested by local authority to make sure we're running a right business. Please be noted that your info will be kept secret confidential.

- Weapon, explosive, inflammable, toxic substance, narcotic, forbidden goods, animal and bulky goods or to cook and launder in the room are strictly banned.

- Do not change or move the furniture and equipment from one place to another. They with being liable to indemnify us at current prices for any losses or damages caused.

- Please do not invite more people in the room without prior notice to us.

- We are only responsible for the money, valuable assets consigned at the house with the receipt.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
- Check-in time: 14:00PM / Check-out time: 11:00AM. Otherwise, you will be charged. In case of necessity. If you want an early check-in and late check-out, please don't hesitate to let us know.

- Prior to leaving the room, the guest is kindly requested to settle all bills and check your belongings.

Other things to note:
- Hanoi has the system of 2-hole 220V power outlet
- Grab car/taxi (or motorbike if you are a solo traveler) is one of the most convenient ways to commute in Hanoi. It works the same as Uber so consider installing a Grab app!
- Please help us protect the environment by turning off all electrical appliances when you’re out.
- Mostly private. You will have the whole studio room to yourself with 24/7 access. We hope you will find comfort in our home and take care of it as your own.
- Depending on the family situation at the time and our schedules, sometimes a function is held at the time of booking. Guests are always welcome to join in with our family activity.
