The rental price includes everything except for the following additional charges:
1. Cleanup costs if there's a food event organized.

2. Damages to equipment if they occur.

3. Additional fees for using the space to host an event for a larger number of attendees.

4. Additional charges for extra people beyond the booked quantity.

5. Please note that the number of guests must match the number specified in the booking, including both adults and children. If the actual number of guests exceeds the registered number or if no prior agreement has been made, it will be considered an over-occupancy, and you will be charged an additional fee of 500,000 VND per person.
6. For energy saving, please switch off the air conditioning and any unused electrical devices when leaving the apartment. In case the air conditioning remains on while you are away, our motion sensor system will automatically turn it off
7. Refundable Deposit of 2 million vnd before check in
