We enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were clean and well-equipped. Kitchenette was a nice to have, along with the washing machine. Great value for the price and lots of stuff within walking distance. Good for short or longer term stays.

On this trip to Vietnam the VNA was one of the best apartments we stayed in. Staff were super friendly and efficient organising our taxi's and transfers. Large comfortable rooms close to restaurants and lake.

Habitación limpia, use dos vece la lavadora, fue until tener refrigerador, tod queda muy cerca, la cuadra en donde está la propiedad tien un super enfrente y dos cafes así que tienes todo super cerca, los de recepción muy amables

Really clean and great price. Condition of property very good. Minibar prices fantastic! If you like Soju you will be fine. Lovely shower. Nice location if you’re looking for something a bit outside the city centre but still accessible. Very easy to use grab etc to get to and from if needed. The only reason I gave 4/5 for overall was the mattresses were a bit hard and the side of the building we stayed in had an aviary right outside the window so the birds where a bit loud from about 5-6am. Otherwise I would have given 5/5.

簡易キッチンは十分な道具が揃っていました。ランドリーは2階滞在時は階段の踊り場のものを使うよう言われました。3階の部屋には室内のベランダにありました。スタッフは丁寧に対応してくれました。LINEでやりとりできるのも便利です。

The staff was amazing here and they were so communicative. Although it was super loud location, u get a cafe right downstairs and 30min grab into old quarter. The breakfast isnt that good so i would just get food elsewhere tbh the meat in the pho was rotten tasting so after that i did not eat their breakfast. Overall the staff is really sweet and the location is nice

the service was good and they deliver breakfast sandwiches to your door but the bed is not very comfortable and there’s no where to put shower gel in the shower besides the floor, we dropped the soap dispenser in the shower and the glass went everywhere and we had to pay for it. kind of annoying.

Really bad communication and some staff would just nod and smile and have back again and again to finally they understood. Very frustrating. Its also too far out of the city and no decent restaurants close
