This was our second time staying at Hotel Dior. The staff are very nice, the hotel is super clean, the breakfast is pretty good, and the views are fantastic. The rooms are also very comfortable and well designed.

Hotel Dior ist zu empfehlen. Saubere Zimmer. Schönes Badezimmer mit komfortabler Dusche. Bequeme Betten. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Top Unterkunft in Albanien!

We enjoyed our stay even we had to argue with the staff (I guess it was manager) to get the deluxe double room we booked because they gave us the standard room first. So that was unpleasant for us. But the rooms are really nice- big restroom as well. Also great breakfast. Just some dogs barking from time to time was kinda annoying during the night. So in total I’d recommend but make sure that you’ll end up in the room you booked.

A very comfortable sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant on-site was excellent, so quick at serving our meals! A great view from the balcony. Walking distance to the Bazaar and Fort.

I would like to report a concerning experience with the front desk staff. Upon arrival, the receptionist was unable to locate my reservation. As I began contacting Expedia to resolve the issue, he appeared visibly impatient, occasionally sighing audibly during the process. After more than half an hour of investigation, Expedia confirmed that the reservation was indeed in the hotel's system, which was experiencing a technical glitch. Despite this delay and the fact that the issue was on the hotel's side, the receptionist did not offer an apology. This was a disappointing experience, and I hope it can be addressed to improve the guest experience in the future.
