Dall'esterno non rende l'idea di quanto è curato all'interno. Purtroppo i phone non funzionavano ma in attesa della riparazione viene fornito un phone tradizionale. Ottima la possibilità di parcheggiare nel garage. Colazione a buffet.

The staff were incredibly helpful and the included breakfast was fresh and delicious. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The roads were under construction around the area so were a little hard to navigate, but overall it was a wonderful stay.

Great service and friendly staff, clean room and facilities. Modern and good functioning air conditioning. Great location, walking distance to restaurants, beaches, rental services, markets and other services. Superb bed, we slept good all 9 nights! No noise from outside. The parking was also very easy accessible! The breakfast could improve in some areas, but nothing too remarkable, it was good overall. The noise isolation to the hallways could also be better, but it was acceptable. I would absolutely recommend this hotel!

Las instalaciones del hotel muy correctas y limpias. Poca variedad en el desayuno. Las calles alrededor del hotel, muy sucias y poco cuidadas.

Das Frühstück entsprach überhaupt nicht den Bildern. Auf den Fotos waren frisches Obst und viele weitere Speisen zu sehen, die in Wirklichkeit jedoch nicht angeboten wurden. Zudem war das Frühstück kalt und kaum genießbar. Das Personal zeigte sich teilweise hilfsbereit: Eine Mitarbeiterin trug unseren Koffer nach oben und bereitete das Bett für unser Kind in der Suite vor. Ein anderer Mitarbeiter grüßte jedoch nicht einmal. Obwohl die Rezeption besetzt war, wurden wir bei der Ankunft nicht begrüßt, was wir von einem Hotel eigentlich erwarten. Insgesamt fehlte es uns an Freundlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft. Das Hotel entsprach weder dem Eindruck auf den Bildern noch unseren Erwartungen vor Ort. Aus diesen Gründen kommt dieses Hotel für uns künftig nicht mehr infrage. Kurzfassung: Leider waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Das Frühstück entsprach nicht den Bildern, war kalt und wenig appetitlich. Freundlichkeit und Begrüßung durch das Personal haben wir weitgehend vermisst. Insgesamt entsprach das Hotel nicht dem Eindruck, der auf den Fotos vermittelt wurde. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen.

stayed at Hotel Olive in Vlorë from September 6–8, 2025 and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. When I checked in, the air conditioner did not work, and the room was unbearably hot. I asked to change rooms but was told none were available. I couldn’t even stay in the room until late in the evening when it was finally fixed. The bathroom was a disaster: the shower flooded the entire floor, there was nowhere to place toiletries, and the soap dispenser was broken and empty. Toilet paper and amenities were nearly finished when I arrived, and the kettle had no cups to use with it. On top of that, the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable I couldn’t get proper rest. The hotel staff did little to address these problems, and the overall communication and service were completely lacking. The conditions made the room uninhabitable, and I ultimately decided to leave early, even knowing I would not get a refund. This is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
