This hotel was fantastic! Only 5 mins walk to the main area in Berat. We had the best stay here, the room was sooo spacious and impeccable. The staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. We had problems starting our hire car, and the receptionist was on the phone within a minute to find someone to help us. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Berat. 5 stars

The hotel was perfectly situated for visiting Barat. Very comfortable room, very modern and exceptionally clean. Plenty of parking and wonderful breakfast spread. But the thing that we appreciated the most was how friendly and attentive the hotel staff are. We had to deal with a medical emergency during our stay and the staff went out of their way to assist us. All the staff that we dealt with were excellent however we really need to call out Martinela at reception and Luli in housekeeping for special mention. They were just so nice, they made us feel like we were family. Highly recommend this hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful hotel at the end of the walking promenade so an easy walk into the historic area. Super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast served across the road at a sister hotel was excellent. Loved our stay. Berat was the highlight of Albania for us. Nice people, great food, and very beautiful.

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstück. Zimmer sind hell und groß und verfügen über einen sehr schönen Balkon. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter . Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Hotel.

The only bad thing is restaurant is not in the hotel you have to go to another building for breakfast. But food was worth it! Hotel Staff absolutely great!

L'hôtel est impeccable, les chambres grandes et décorées avec beaucoup de soins et de goût, ce qui devient rare. Une adresse hautement recommandable. Excellente insonorisation. La salle du petit déjeuner est en travaux et ce dernier est servi dans l'hôtel voisin. Dommage car pas terrible...

Very helpful staff, room good size, hot shower and very quiet. Looks pretty much brand new, everything worked and no wear and tear. Slight issue with breakfast currently in another hotel locally while they sort out their own one. Location is perfect to see everything.
