ARRIVAL AND RECEPTIONThe hotel reception is open 24 hours a day to assist our guests throughout their stay.Upon arrival, guests will be required to pay the tourist tax, which is €1.57 per person per night for guests over 16 years of age. As this is a government-imposed tax, it is not included in the total booking price and cannot be charged prior to arrival.To complete check-in, guests must present a valid, physical official identity document, such as a passport or national identity card.FAMILY AND PET SERVICESFor families travelling with babies, we offer a baby kit upon request and subject to availability, for children under 2 years of age and weighing less than 15 kg. The kit includes a cot with a sheet and a high chair for babies aged 6 months and over. This service is available at an additional cost from €15.Pets are welcome subject to certain conditions. One pet is allowed per apartment, provided that it weighs less than 10 kg.
