I highly recommend this hotel. The bar was so beautiful and stylish. The hotel also had a beautiful interior heated pool with great views of the lake and mountains. The beds were comfortable. The service from the bartenders and receptionists was so outstanding.

After making a threeday reservation, we made a lastminute request. We was forced to halt our visit due to the covid 19 shutdown because we were us residents. They were also attempting to leave the country before the flights stopped, despite having been swamped with cancellations from others who were like us. The hotel personnel was welcoming and accommodating, and they made an effort to make our stay as pleasant as they could. I am aware that a lot of people werent sure if they would have a job. We had a fantastic room with a view of the water. Clean, more than adequate, and stylish. The dining area was fantastic! Dinner was served, as well as the complimentary breakfast the following morning, which was fresh and beautifully prepared. We have already begun planning our return for the following year and will without a doubt make a reservation here again!.

I really like the view from our room on the lake, and the staff there were really friendly, especially Martin at the front desk, he helped me translate, and the local doctor arrived quickly. The hotel is well-positioned out of the city's center, but it is still close to every area.

Stayed in room 306 for 3 nights and found it to be quiet and had a lovely view of the lake. Previous reviews have said that there are no noise from the disco next door or the games area on this floor. Maybe because we stayed at night. Ideally placed to walk into town, a helpful receptionist, clean comfortable rooms, and a variety of terraces to enjoy the sunshine. Breakfast and meat empanadas that we requested as a packed lunch option from their bar menu were causing some issues with availability without consulting the manager. Local tourist tax must be paid in cash, so be prepared.

We would happily return and stay again. Spent two nights here on a bicycle tour. First I want to apologize to anyone my wife and I annoyed playing table football at 800 a.m. because we do enjoy playing each other. The match was very tense, and there was an ice cream as prize for winning the game. The hotel staff was excellent, even the maid who asked us to stop playing. They gave recommendations for places to stay in Brioche, a lovely town to spend a few days in. The room was a large size, which was good for us because we had quite a bit of dirty cycling gear to wash and dry. The bathroom had two wash basins, the shower was easy to use and had a good supply of hot water. Breakfast was served buffet-style and had a wide variety of foods. cereals, several cooked meats, cheeses, and fruit were all typical of European style. To finish our cakes. We went to a pizza across the street because the evening meal was served too late for us.
