Gorgeous hotel! Like a little oasis in a bustling city. Our room was lovely and very clean. At this point, my husband and I had stayed at 5 other hotels in Buenos Aires and Patagonia and this one was the best and cleanest. They even let us stay an extra day (last minute request) due to our flight leaving so late. Great location, very walkable, quiet and safe.

We reserved this for our last day because we couldnt make a reservation for the hotel we had previously stayed at and were unsure owing to the low rate. All I can say is that Clary who checked us in and helped with the booking was amazing and even hugged me as a hello, and the rooms and decor were oldworld charm with everything we wanted and better than the rooms we had at hotels that were exorbitantly more expensive I wish we had made the reservation first. Its an old house that has been renovated, so only a few visitors It's in a neighborhood that isn't full of bustle, which we enjoyed. Breakfast was simple but what we wanted were a few local restaurants a 1520-minute walk to the main florida shopping streets or a cheap taxi ride. I suggest this place.

Despite being hospitable in this hotel, we decided to write a review about it. Since we have traveled extensively throughout the city, we have been looking for accommodations in that area, and we recently discovered this quaint motel. Right in the middle of town, it is very charming and cozy. It comes with a sense of tranquility and tranquility, as you feel in an oasis. The staff and the proprietor are exceptional! They constantly make certain that everything is in order and that you have a good time. They work incredibly hard to provide all the necessary conditions so that you may have a great time there. The brunch is excellent! Fresh pastries, coffee, natural and squeezed orange juice, and the best medialunas in the city. We used to spend a lot of time in the room because we had already explored the bulk of the city, and they are thorough and right with that because they respect our space very much. Thanks for everything.

Our room had a garden view, and this time we noticed that the ceiling fan couldn't be used, as did the other two lamps in the room. I also found out that their customer service is very basic and even patronizing. So this place needs more attention to the detail and maintenance, and then the breakfast and buffet are very basic.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, especially Clarissa and Esquiel, who are also lovely, to help us. After that, they served us very well, especially the lovely flowers that the place has. The location in Calle México still feels chill and local despite being close to the attractions of Microcentrosan Elmo. E. I. the real-looking restaurant Dijon around the corner offers some great beef on the typical mean way, with a football screen and all. This adds up to the stunning colonial courtyard behind the hotel gate. Offworld classic, beautifully tiled, with elegant columns and lush green fig and citrus trees. Breakfast is served in a room with a view of everything. The food is delicious, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel room is spacious, the bed is huge, and the bathroom is clean and identical. The rooms are set around the tranquil courtyard and have double doors, but no windows. This means limited daylight when doors are closed and my room was a little cold in April. There was also a little moldy smell. Apart from that cruces is a beautiful hotel with interesting locations in older bass that you should absolutely try.

Pros: Beautiful courtyard, free breakfast, very friendly and helpful front desk attendants (despite the language barrier), and good location. Cons: There was free wifi, but it did not work inside the room 9 (needed to step out into the courtyard to use it). The air conditioner inside the room did not seem to be working correctly (or maybe we were just not using it properly; it was difficult to tell). No international power sockets.

Tinha um quarto triplo reservado e tivemos que ficar num duplo pois segundo o rapaz que estava na recepção “a francesa pagou mais” conversando com o outro rapaz do hotel em sua língua... acabamos ficando num quarto duplo aonde foi improvisada uma cama de solteiro para o meu filho sem nenhum desconto na tarifa... toalhas apenas para 2 pessoas... mas o hotel em sí é agradável e o café da manhã estava bom!

Lovely hotel, area not the greatest. But..... the worst service. On checking in I informed them I would need to check out early evening two days later and was told it wasn’t a problem as the desk was 24 hours. However I go to check out with a taxi waiting and the desk was unstaffed and only a caretaker in place that didn’t know how to process payments, nor how much my bill was. 45 minutes later trying to sort this out I had to leave in order not to miss my flight. I agreed the tota bill and left my card details for them to process later. On arrival home I find they charged me TWICE. Luckily I could reverse the payment at my bank, claiming fraud. I hope this was only a mistake rather than deliberate.
