Around Christmas 2017, we stayed for three nights at the hotel. The beach, restaurants, and shopping area are all within walking distance of the hotel. With a variety of inquiries and issues, the receptionists were all very helpful and helpful. The shower and rooms are small, but the bed was comfortable. We had reliable internet connection, flat screen, and excellent air conditioning. The room has no refrigerator. It appears as if it has just undergone renovations on the ground level with the breakfast area. Breakfast is excellent but somewhat sparse, such as the lack of fruits or eggs.

This hotel is close to the beach and shopping area, Olavaria Street. However, the cleanliness is good, and the service is good, like the AC, cable, free wifi, but in the room there is a small elevator and no minibar.

If you want bananas and apples, get there early. A Chinese general purpose store offering cold drinks, chips, and cold beer and other essentials is located just two blocks down on your way out of the hotel on the left, in the direction of Av Colon. There is also a sandwich shop right across from it. A fruit and veggie store close by. Although the room was small, it was sufficient for two quiet, tidy adults. There is a drawer for organizing things, a desk, and chairs, as well as bedside tables. Be prepared because there is no minibar. You dont need to appear on the street if you want to smoke because there is a little patio just outside the breakfast area. With numerous breads, cheese, ham, media lungs, and sweet items, breakfast is delicious in the typical Spanish manner. No tomatoes and eggs. Fruits vanish quickly, so be early if you want banana and apple! A general purpose Chinese minimercado restaurant that sells drinks, chips, and other necessities is two blocks down to the left as you leave the hotel. A sandwich shop is also right next to it. There is also a fruit and veg shop right next to it. The hotels location is excellent.

This hotel is very good, it's ideally located for many things that can be done in Mar Del Plate. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, the staff was very good and the breakfast was good with a very reasonable price.
