Llao Llao Resort Golf & Spa is a 5-star lake resort nestled in the heart of Bariloche's lake district, within the Nahuel Huapi National Park. Surrounded by the majestic Cerro Lopez, Capilla, and Tronador mountain peaks, the hotel offers a stunning design that blends seamlessly with its natural surroundings. It boasts a private beach area and is conveniently located within a 5-minute walk (0.3 km / 0.2 mi) of Puerto Pañuelo and Nahuel Huapi Lake, and 0.4 km (0.2 mi) from Llao Llao Municipal Park. The resort is approximately 49.4 km (30.7 mi) from Bariloche (BRC-Teniente Luis Candelaria Intl.) Airport, with a paid shuttle service available.

The resort features 205 individually decorated guestrooms, each equipped with a flat-screen or LCD television, minibar, and a safety deposit box. Guests can enjoy the comfort of down comforters and Egyptian cotton sheets, satellite television, and private bathrooms with complimentary toiletries and bidets. Selected rooms offer balconies and mountain views.

Guests can indulge in a wide array of facilities and services, including a luxurious spa offering massages, body treatments, and facials, along with a sauna, hot tub, and solarium. Recreational amenities include a golf course, year-round outdoor pool, indoor pool, fitness center, and a garden. For active guests, there are options for tennis, billiards, table tennis, bicycle rental, and guided bike tours. The surrounding area is popular for skiing and canoeing. Children are well catered for with a playground, activity program, and a gaming room.

Dining options include four restaurants, one of which is Patagonia Coffee Shop, serving regional, American, and Argentinian cuisine with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available. A snack bar/coffee shop and a bar/lounge, including a poolside bar, are also on-site. A complimentary buffet breakfast is served daily from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM, and 24-hour room service is available.

Please note that a mandatory daily Resort Fee of USD 18 per person (older than 3 years, per night) applies. Rates do not include VAT (21%), which Argentinian nationals or residents will pay directly at the hotel. Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:30 AM.

The property will be undergoing renovations from September 1, 2024, to June 30, 2026 (completion date subject to change), affecting the exterior and hallways. The resort will make every effort to minimize noise and disturbance during this period.
