As beautiful as the property was and how nicely everything was always presented, it was the staff that made this property incredible. Everyone is so nice and kind and they go out of their way to ensure you have the best time there. I will definitely be back!

I couldn’t understand why this hotel was so expensive, but after staying here I understand the hype and the reviews. Unbelievably beautiful hotel with the best breakfast options I’ve seen and plenty of complimentary items! The staff were incredible and the freebie snacks and drinks in the lobby were a welcome addition. :)

The best hotel in my Argentina trip. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great. I also had 2 dinners at the hotel. They are my 2 best meals in this trip. 😊

It’s an amazing place of comfort in a location like El Chalten. We arrived with one of us having a stomach bug. First they recognized the issue and upgraded our room to one with a great Mountain View. The host Florencia was impeccable remembering our preferences and giving apt suggestions. She even carried our luggages from the car to the room. This place and food really helped me recover quickly. The dining staff went above and beyond to help us get apt food at odd times of the day. They didn’t even charge us for one of the dinners. The quality and variety they had for vegetarians was sufficient. This is the only hotel seem to located at a higher elevation in the town and it has great views from here. The staff must be commended for their prompt cleaning and overall maintenance. Overall a great property and we would love to come back here again. Especially when in a place like this, we are at the mercy of weather. So, having a comfortable place like this will compensate for bad weather days.

El Chalten was amazing and staying at this hotel made it great as well! Amazing hotel, great amenities and great staff. The hotel restaurant is one of the best in the city and the staff was amazing!

We had an amazing 4 night stay at this lovely hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable and bright, the location is excellent, but more importantly, there are not enough superlatives to describe the staff. Mariano, Candela, and the excursion planner Ignacio did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. There are not enough superlatives to describe the attentiveness and personalization of service that they offered. Could not recommend this place more highly.

Rooms were lovely and spacious and staff were so helpful. Special shoutout to the local guide Ignacio who is available daily to recommend hiking routes and to know when the weather will be best to venture on large hikes (e.g. Laguna de Los Tres). The food and service was exquisite. We booked the mountain view, however after visiting, the valley view is more beautiful. Would definitely stay again.

Parking right on front of hotel, easy to find, felt secure. Staff was extremely friendly, helped with all questions. Hotel seems modern, Jacuzzi and sauna was great after a long day hiking. spots need to be reserved to avoid overcrowding, was no problem during our stay.
