El APART está localizado en un barrio muy accesible rodeado de avenidas y calles que facilitan la movilidad en automovil. Cerca de Caballito, cerca de Palermo, a un paso de Belgrano. Estoy muy conforme con los servicios del apart. Lo disfrutamos en familia. Fueron muy amables todo el tiempo. Existen cocheras cercanas, los empleados y encargados fueron muy correctos. Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos en Miliño y volveríamos con toda seguridad! Está muy bien ubicado, a cuadras de Plaza Serrano pero con la tranquilidad de Villa Crespo. Las habitaciones son amplias y están bien equipadas para unos días de relax (tiene una cocina completa para dos personas, aire acondicionado, estacionamiento, etc.) La gente que trabaja en el apart es muy correcta y siempre nos han atendido con muy buena onda! Por todo, es altamente recomendable!

Me encantó! Me gustó mucho que pudieras entrar y salir sin necesidad de pasar por recepcion. Se siente como estar en casa. El internet era a veces un poco lento y el agua caliente no duraba mucho pero fuera de eso me pareció un lugar excelente y a muy buen precio en una zona muy cerca de las tiendas y de avenidas principales. El staff siempre fue súper amable y servicial. Las fotos son exactamente como es el cuarto. Definitivamente me hospedaría aquí nuevamente.

Before traveling to the airport from Mendoza, we stayed in this hotel for one night. The personnel was just welcoming. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating when it came to any problems we were having. The sheets on my friend's bed were jewish, with a severe blood clot and a large variety of long and short black hairs. Additionally, there was black mold all over the bathroom. Therefore, this is the place to stay if you want top-notch service, whereas somewhere else is nice and spotless.

I had a great time in my stay. When visiting relatives in Buenos aires, I spent five nights here. On Calle Loyal, there are two buildings, and I slept in a studio apartment. The bed was crucial. Although tiny, I'm sure it can be used. Despite the fact that there is a lot I didn't watch, the reception was awful, so I'm glad I didn't care. Excellent shower. So I have no complaints. When I needed assistance, everyone at the calle Urinate office was helpful. Nicholas was particularly useful in getting in touch with my cousins and providing directions to wherever I needed to go.

This apartment has a big size and is completely quiet. I have a good experience while staying here. The staff is very friendly, and the wifi also works well in my apartment. Overall a great value for money. There are so many restaurants and shops in the Paler neighborhood.

I will definitely check in with them again the next time. Milano hotel not only provided excellent lodging at Bueno aires, in a very well located area of Paler, with plenty of nice shops and walk around, but also gave us the best attention during our stay. The services and bedrooms at the hotel are just what you are looking for if you want to relax and enjoy some free days, and their staff is always ready to help.

It is difficult to be satisfied by the three guys who take care of the passengers, given their good intentions. The hotel on Urinate Street, which is typically quiet, was where I made a reservation. They showed me to the adjacent building, which is constantly bustling with people. Even after midnight, the sounds were unbearable. But the most disturbing factor was the air conditioning position, which was essential in Brazil in February, when it was 29 degrees I. There was no way to control it or escape from it, and it was in front of the bed. So, I didn't sleep at all, and I still have a cold, and I won't go back to this again. Although the interior is not great, the apartments are spacious, and you can live with it. The shower and private parking are excellent, but the towels are incredibly outdated. A shame because the apartments are in a fantastic location.
