Fui conhecer o The Vines com meus pais e com grandes expectativas — e felizmente elas foram totalmente atendidas. O hotel é maravilhoso, com um serviço impecável e extremamente atencioso em todos os momentos da estadia. As vilas são amplas, confortáveis e muito bem equipadas, proporcionando muita privacidade e tranquilidade. A localização também é excelente, cercada por uma paisagem deslumbrante. Tudo saiu exatamente como planejado e a experiência, no geral, foi simplesmente impecável.

Incredible facilities and location. The villas were pristine, roomy and comfortable. The location between vineyards and man made lakes make it unique. The staff was extremely friendly and willing to help on any need we had. We would only return to The Vines when visiting Mendoza. One comment. It is 1:40 hrs away from the airport

O hotel é incrível. Quarto enorme com uma vista para o lago de tirar o fôlego. Os funcionários são muito cordiais e solicitos. O vinho que deixaram no quarto é maravilhoso!!! O restante Siete Fuegos que fica dentro do hotel é muito bom também, vale a pena jantar por lá. Única sugestão seria incluir alguns itens saudáveis no café da manhã, como algum pão sem glúten, aveia para acompanhar as frutas, etc (apesar de que não prejudicou em nada, rs).

This was our second stay and it was even better than before. Pictures cannot even begin to show how gorgeous this hotel and property are. The room is also extremely comfortable and the staff is always trying to please. We will definitely come again!

Hotel maravilhoso, incrível, sensacional!! Eu amei!! Quando vc chega no hotel já te recepcionam com uma taça de vinho produzida nas vinícolas do hotel. O staff é muito atencioso. O quarto é enorme e com uma vista linda e com tecnologia de ponta. O restaurante siete fuegos é muito bom!! Vale muuuuuito a pena!!

Achei que pelo valor o hotel esta precisando de uma manutenção, e treinamento para os funcionários. Tudo muitooo demorado. Comida ok e concierge bem fraco. Alem da demora na resposta pelo porte do hotel aparentemente tem baixa influência. Foi legal conhecer o hotel, mas não preciso voltar. Ficaria em hotéis menores, mais charmosos e que o serviço seja melhor. Nao tivemos nenhuma situação ruim no atendimento mas nada nos surpreendeu

Caro demais para o fraco atendimento. Saimos cedo e voltamos de tarde apos o almoço e esqueceram de arrumar nosso apartamento. Hotel longe, dificil acesso, poucas opçoes de coisas ao redor e nao é nada de especial pelo preço absurdo que cobra. O restaurante tem comida boa mas deixa a desejar perto de outros do mesmo chef.

O hotel é incrível: vista maravilhosa, quartos excelentes, área comum muito boa. Quanto ao serviço, apesar de toda boa vontade, os funcionários estão mal preparados para atender aos clientes, tanto quanto a pré chegada quanto as informações do tanto que tem para fazer ao redor do próprio complexo the vines. As senhoras Victoria e Veronica foram super simpaticas ao nos explicar que a equipe foi trocada há pouco tempo e estão em processo de mudanças, para melhor. A hidromassagem da área principal estava cheia de limo nas saídas de água e oxidada nos ralos. Falta um pouco mais de cuidado, em se tratando de um hotel 5 estrelas, membro da leading hotéis of the world “LHW” e que tem uma tarifa bem alta, em relação aos demais hotéis da região.

the view from room is spectacular and beautiful!!! I have to admit that it is really unbeatable. BUT.... 1.very inconvenient to drive, as the signboard is not clear, we lost our way to drive in and drive out. 2.restaurant very very upset, we chose to stay becoz of seven fires, but the food is not stunning at all, just very normal, not even nicer than the restaurant in Mendoza city, you can imagine how upset we were. the service staff in the restaurant is not observing, service level very low 4. swimming pool super dirty. I dunno why the pool is damn dirty that they dun want to clean it. at least get someone to check every few hours to clean the insects and leaves.

The property is definitely showing it’s age. We had multiple rooms and all of them just had a film of dirt on the floors, as though they hadn’t been mopped in months. The stone in the rooms were chipping all over the place. The AC units didn’t work in some of the rooms. We lost power in two of the rooms twice. Overall, it was very disappointing, especially given the extremely high price point. Last time we stayed at Casa de Uco and loved it. We were excited to try the Vines this time, but unfortunately we will be going right back to Casa de Uco next time. (Also, they charge everything in USD-converted at the official rate-so you don’t even get the benefit of the exchange rate. And if you ask to convert that rate to pesos, they do it at the unofficial rate, so there’s no way around getting screwed. That was extremely frustrating.)
