Elegant hotel that is well maintained and extremely clean. I mean like I could eat off the floor clean. Great location midway between the train station and Republic Square, it's directly behind the new cathedral and has easy access to the center of Yerevan, local shops and restaurants. Staff is friendly, helpful and professional. Amazing breakfast buffet served with mix of Indian, Armenian and English breakfast items. I traveled with an infant who fell ill and needed hospitalization, the staff assisted me in getting to the Children's hospital. As I spent my visit to Yerevan in hospital, we're going back and have booked into Ange again!

Good location at a very good price. A little loud because it's in the city and the property did not have the air conditioner turn on yet so I had the windows open.

Die Bar ist ganz nett aber die davon Musik schallt durch alle Räume besonders wenn Karaoke Veranstaltung laufen, die Lüftung ist laut und die Badezimmer Duschstange ist locker. Außengeräusche von der Straße bekommt man mit! Personal und Service ist gut, Frühstück ist einwandfrei!

I was not happy that I was unable to use the breakfast service. It was not accessible until 8.30. I went out on tours at 8.00. I have been to innumerable hotels and breakfast has been served from 7.00, sometimes even from 6.00. I don’t know the rationale behind waiting until 8.30 to open for breakfast but I can’t judge the quality on offer since I wasn’t able to sample it although I stayed there for four days. The front desk staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. Assisted me with taxis and laundry. I just expected to have had breakfast to start the day.

Very clean hotel and room. The room was a little cramped but everything else was very good. Breakfasts are nice too. Mr. Manuel at the door is probably one of the friendliest people you will meet in Yerevan.

The property was quite a distance from the main attractions. I am used to walking but for some it might be too much. The breakfast was adequate but served too late for the start of many ofbthe trips which were at least a half hours walk away. If they had opened up an hour earlier say at 7am it would have been a lot better.

Abbiamo preso 5 camere. In 4 camere doppie ci siamo trovate benino. La camera tripla invece è stato un incubo per 3 amiche che si sono rovinate la vacanza. Il terzo letto era una poltrona letto con un materasso sottilissimo. Non si poteva dormire perchè era scomodo. La cosa piu assurda e da vomito era la puzza di fogna simile alla pipì di un gatto che usciva dal bagno. Abbiamo piu volte fatto notare la cosa allo staff senza risolvere. Dietro la nostra insistenza hanno risolto a modo loro con deodirante peggiorando la situazione. Peccato perche 3 dell nostro gruppo sono state malissimo. Non era meglio non vendere una tripla in quelle condizioni?

La chambre 304 est tellement bruyante ( à cause d'un système à l'extérieur contre le mur) qu'il est impossible de dormir. ( cela résonne dans la chambre et sur les mur) Je suis arrivé hier, j'ai prévenu la réception, et la dame ( gentille ) m'a indiqué que le bruit aller s'arrêter le soir, ce qui n'est pas arrivé. Je suis revenu les voir aujourd'hui à 15 heures pour demander si une autre chambre était disponible ( chambre disponible sur Hotel.com) et la réception m'a indiqué que l'hôtel était complet. Pas très cool honnêtement.... J'ai préféré quitter l'hôtel. Hotel.com à demander un geste commercial qui n'a pas été accepté par l'hôtel. Cela est bien dommage. Le personnel à été très gentil, mais la direction n'a pas été compréhensive 13 jours en vacances en Arménie, 9 hôtels visité à travers le pays , et c’est la seule fois où j'ai rencontrer un problème... Je ne peux malheureusement pas vous recommander cet hôtel...
