I loved the property, the staff, the amenities everything was top-notch. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful at all times. The only thing I will say is there were a lot of young teenage Americans who were completely disrespectful, drunk at all times, loud, screaming through the halls at 2:00-3:00 in the morning, and while I understand it is hard for the hotel to do anything about this, there have to be some rules in place out of respect for the other paying guests. In many cases, the parents were there and nothing was said or done. I felt sorry for the security guards around the pool that had a little or no control over that behavior, but I believe rules have to be put in place and enforced. Every guest paid money to enjoy a vacation at that resort, but unfortunately this type of thing can result in people booking elsewhere. While I realize parents need to do better, the resort must also have rules and guidelines. Aside from that, I loved the Bacelo property and all that it had to offer..

Overall, we had a great stay at Barceló Aruba. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the hotel's location is excellent—it's within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, and shops, making it easy to explore the area. The beach is definitely the highlight. The water is beautiful, and the sand is incredibly soft and powdery. The atmosphere throughout the resort is relaxing and enjoyable. The buffet was very good with a nice variety of food, although it would have been nice to have more availability for the specialty restaurants. It was especially difficult to get reservations for the hibachi restaurant. One thing to be aware of is that unless you upgrade to the VIP experience, the liquor selection is fairly limited. Many of the brands offered at the regular bars were unfamiliar and not what I expected from an all-inclusive resort. The resort has only one main pool, and it's on the smaller side, so it can feel crowded during busy times. Overall, I would recommend Barceló Aruba for its beautiful beach, clean accommodations, great location, and pleasant atmosphere. Just keep in mind the limited specialty dining reservations, smaller pool, and basic drink selection if you don't opt for the VIP upgrade.

My family truly enjoyed our eight day stay here at the resort. The manager, staff, servers, bellhop, and every one treated us with royalty! We love the specialty restaurants. The Arubian Seafood, Kyoto restaurant for hibachi, the buffet, all were excellent food. The room was kept really nice, it appears they know when we are not in the room because when we come back from dinner, there’s always a treat on our bed or bath ropes ready. We cannot wait to return one day

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm and friendly service. The check-in process was quick and smooth, which was a great start to my visit. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the thoughtful amenities provided—it really felt like a home away from home.
