My family truly enjoyed our eight day stay here at the resort. The manager, staff, servers, bellhop, and every one treated us with royalty! We love the specialty restaurants. The Arubian Seafood, Kyoto restaurant for hibachi, the buffet, all were excellent food. The room was kept really nice, it appears they know when we are not in the room because when we come back from dinner, there’s always a treat on our bed or bath ropes ready. We cannot wait to return one day

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm and friendly service. The check-in process was quick and smooth, which was a great start to my visit. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the thoughtful amenities provided—it really felt like a home away from home. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping everything fresh and spotless throughout my stay. The hotel’s location was perfect, making it easy to get around and explore nearby attractions. I also enjoyed the on-site amenities, which added to the overall relaxing and enjoyable experience. What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free stay, and I look forward to visiting again in the future!

I am not normally one to repeat a vacation spot but I may need to add this to my list. Everyone was amazing.

We loved everything about this resort! Location, well maintained, food was great, beds were comfortable.pool was beautiful .The staff was super friendly. The only thing missing for me would be an outdoor tiki bar before or after dinner. We will be back someday Barcelo!

Food and staff were great. Front desk could be better. Long wait after we checked and just needed room number a couple of hours later. People started making their own off to the side and staff took them first. Very frustrating. Our was delayed and asked for an hour and a half later checkout. They would only give me an hour. Really? Seemed petty. Also with late checkout they didn’t give me a late checkout card. Wrist band wouldn’t work. Housekeeping staff was trying to help but thankfully my husband was in the room

All the staff was friendly and helpful. Had a fabulous time. Definitely glad we brought floats. We stayed in the water all the time. Buy sunblock a higher number than you usually use.

Hotel is in a great location because it is across the street from the main downtown shops/restaurants. Also it was great to go back and forth from the beach and pool all day. Swim up bar is in a great location for a beach day or pool day

Perfect girls trip! Accommodating staff, beautiful beach, clean comfortable room. The food was good in the restaurant but not the best buffet style. They use house liquor which definitely was disappointing. The drinks weren’t up to par. But overall a great experience. An absolutely perfect location
