Suite espaçosa, ficamos no térreo com vista para a piscina, mas não é tão próxima, o q garante tranquilidade. Café da manhã é bom, mas são as mesmas opções todos os dias. De forma geral, muito bom, mas não é barato. Nossa reclamação são com as pessoas, que diariamente as 7 da manhã reservam as cadeiras da piscina, que fica por horas vazias, prejudicando quem realmente gostaria de usufruir, nesse ponto o hotel tem q tomar uma ação.

I think they need a better system for reserving cabanas and umbrellas. A guess can reserve in the morning and no other patron has a chance to reserve, even though the prior reserver is no longer using it. Two hours or so allows more patrons to enjoy there use.

The facility was great. I felt safe and walking distance to the strip. The staff was rude, abrasive and difficult. The bellman, Steven, was incredibly difficult to work with and very passive aggressive when trying to rent a bike. I asked for three bikes. I was incredibly disappointed in the way he treated me and my family. I would suggest that the embassy focus on the service the bellman offer to paying customers.

Earlier then expected check in. Breakfest was great.. Poolside food is a luxury. Very kid friendly. Seems to be mostly couples and families as well as a nice class of folks that come to stay here. The resort Very clean staff are very helpful and friendly. If i would have few cons to mention; rooms are a bit small, room service was subpar, and a busy road that separates hotel to beach and it can be loud when at the pool.

Our first visit to Aruba and we could not have asked for better accommodations. Breakfast each morning was run like clockwork, and the evening reception was excellent. The rooms are fresh and well-appointed and are cleaned daily. The pool was very large, surrounded by plenty of lounge seating for all, and attentive servers that would bring food and drink directly to you. It was a short walk to Eagle beach, for those that wanted that experience (which was beautiful), but the pool met our needs most days. There are also plenty of walkable restaurants directly on the beach for a sunset dinner that make this facility perfect. Wouldn't change a thing!
