We had an awesome stay here! The rooms were spacious and clean, and the AC worked great. It’s worth getting the ocean view balcony if you enjoy a good sunset! Special note should be made to how friendly all the staff were. Every time we walked through the lobby the desk workers and doormen made a point to say hello and help us out in any way needed. They made the experience feel like luxury. Both the main pool and the roof deck infinity pool were amazing. Plenty of chairs available and never too hard to find shade if needed. There was also a heated whirlpool plunge pool which was a nice surprise! The shuttle to the beach was super convenient, but it was also an easy walk if you don’t feel like waiting. We didn’t use the Radisson spot on the beach because they didn’t have many umbrellas and the Moomba beach bar was blasting extremely loud music, so we walked next door to the Marriott and rented some chairs under a palapa, which worked out fine for us. Def not a complaint but I would warn people to be prepared to look elsewhere if shade is a top priority on the beach. I do suggest bringing stainless steel cup if you enjoy a drink by the pool or beach, because everything is served in cardboard cups… good for the environment but not the most appetizing. Overall we loved the resort and plan to come back!

Pools were very classy looking and a few bars to choose from. Pool maintenance could’ve been slightly better but the staff were friendly and helpful and the property was beautiful. The rooms were modern and functional was a sleek look.

The hotel and staff was amazing clean quiet and friendly, thanks to Lisamarie Peter Dre Santos janelca was awesome totally recommend location was perfect did not have to get a taxi but definitely rent a car to go around the island No tour unless you are pressed for time and rather not drive. Need water shoes as beach seems a bit mossy Eagle beach was beautiful and beaches towards the light house Restaurant were good and ask about things to do at night as there are lots of different activities

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Radisson Blu! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The only issue we had with was the balcony door something was wrong with it and hard to open it. Peter and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and everything was well maintained. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience! The location was perfect would definitely repeat the trip in the future!

Would liked to have seen a Happy Hour at the ground level pool and a bigger selection of drinks. Jaynah at the front desk was amazing and very delightful to talk to. She had answers to all our questions and was very helpful.

The place is really well maintained and beautiful. They do a lot of events. But what stood up are the staff. They are so kind and very helpful. Kudos to Peter and Ticiana for making us feel so welcome. They were so helpful and always smiling.

Hotel muito bom, quartos são bem grandes e o que fiquei tinha uma vista linda para praia, sem contar o rooftop, com piscina de borda infinita, maravilhosa, principalmente para ver o pôr do sol. A única coisa que precisam melhorar são os guarda sol da praia, como eles ficam baixo, quem não pega na frente, nas tem visão nenhuma do mar, isso incomodou, pois vc quer ir à praia para ver o mar. O restante tudo perfeito.

I can’t say enough about the incredible service we receivedTiciana and Santos truly made our stay unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond in every possible way. Ticiana, at the front desk, set the tone immediately with her warm welcome and professionalism. She made check-in seamless and was always ready to help with anything we needed. Santos was outstanding when it came to food recommendations. He took the time to understand what we were in the mood for and suggested amazing spots that ended up being some of the best meals of our trip. His local knowledge and enthusiasm made every dining experience feel like a hidden gem. What stood out most was their genuine friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile. Their dedication and warmth turned a great trip into an exceptional one. We’re already looking forward to coming back!
