I chose TRYP because I wanted an adults-only hotel, and my experience was exactly what I wanted. The location is perfect. TRYP is very close to Palm Beach and the restaurants and nightlife of Palm Beach road. The day time is so quiet, it's nice to walk around and enjoy what feels like a "regular day" on vacation. I had a couple of late nights and both were very, very fun times. The beach is so close and it was wonderful having a designated spot for TRYP guests. I wish that I'd had more beach time. I appreciated the on-site cafe where I could get a quick snack and a cocktail. And I very much enjoyed the amenities at the pool (including the gate leading directly to Palm Beach road!) My room was clean and surprisingly always cool considering how fierce the sun was. The floor was occupied but quiet, and I appreciated having uninterrupted sleep. Because although my room faced Palm Beach Road, I was never disturbed by outside sounds. From check-in to check-out, both Cynthia and Jose Luis were stand outs. They were both so helpful (Cynthia even provided an extra towel for my dusty hair after my safari ride) and Jose provided great advice on the hotel and several rides to the beach. Unfortunately, I don't remember the names of the bartenders at the cafe, but I met two and they made my drinks perfectly. Overall, TRYP had the vibe I was looking for, and I was more than pleased. I would definitely stay again.

Hidden gem! Situated in the perfect walkable location for palm beach, nightlife and restaurants. Hotel staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. A couple of bars on site with one being a swim up bar at the pool. The cleanliness of the hall carpets and bathroom toilet could have had a bit more attention, but otherwise it was great. AC and dehumidifier had the rooms comfy. We will return.

Property was in a perfect location. Close to shops, restaurants and 600 ft to the beach. They do have a golf cart that goes back and forth but takes two minutes to walk there. They have beach chairs and someone works there to keep and eye out and will remove things if you leave for an extended period. Everyone was super helpful, highly recommended!

The location was great, just a short walk to plenty of restaurants. The room was clean and tidy. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We specifically appreciated Ashanti at the front desk, so kind and helpful.

We had a nice birthday trip to TRYP. We were greeted with a welcome glass of champagne and many smiles. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and fun. Priscilla was a lovely Stand out and knew so much about the area. We received a surprise, complementary bottle of champagne in our room, one night for our birthday. Very thoughtful! Very nice vibe at the hotel, breakfast was quiet and delightful with tropical birds trying to snatch our food. Loved it! I should note it’s very phonetic and loud a few minutes away. This is probably a very convenient for families who like chain restaurants, and malls, but may not suit others. It did not affect our sleep at all. If you walk five or 10 minutes along the beach north There are many gorgeous, quiet hotels, and restaurants. Don’t miss Moomba beach bar! Thanks TRYP!

Great location - close to all shops and restaurants. Area at beachfront was good as well but you need to go early to get a spot. Rooms are a bit plain with windows that don’t open. Hallways need to be updated. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall great value.

I stayed a week in April at TRYP and made an excellent choice. The warm hospitality is immediate upon checking in and was consistent throughout my stay (shout out to Priscilla who was exceptionally attentive!). My room was spacious, very clean and modern. Great A/C and Wifi. Just a five minute walk to the beach which was never overcrowded. The pool was lovely and also never crowded. The restaurant and cafe on site were also excellent. Great, location, set apart from the busiest areas but close to many restaurants and shopping. It felt like a boutique hotel but with all the amenities of a large chain. Highly recommended!

Room was spacious and clean. Air conditioning was amazing. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Check in was a breeze. We were greeted right away by Ashanti and Patricia with champagne. Our room was ready as soon as we arrived. We were having trouble with our internet and maps. We text the hotel and immediately was text back with directions to the hotel. Cynthia and Bryan were BEYOND amazing. Bryan helped us pick places to eat that were not on our list of "must eat" places. They both treated us like friends. Great conversation and were genuinely upset to see us leave as much as we were. The pool was great with the swim up bar and snacks. Eventhough the hotel was sold out, you would never of known. Only issues we had were with the TV and water pressure, which were fixed right away.

The staff were absolutely amazing. They were especially helpful getting us taxis to and from locations. They were extremely helpful with getting a day trip scheduled for us to go on an island tour. The cleaning crew was awesome, daily service was great after coming back from a long day at one of the many beaches. The only negative was the side we were facing had loud music playing each night.
