The food here was very good, especially the staff, especially the bar and the cleaning staff was very friendly and kind, and they were quite helpful.

It was quick and easy to check in. I reserved room 123 for a solo traveler in a spa suite. With a suitcase, the two flights of steps are manageable, although I do not mind them being fought. It's best to reserve a ground-floor suite if you cannot do stairs. The entire room was immaculately clean. The man at the front desk was utterly delightful, and check-out went smoothly and reasonably quick. The room was fairly large and had a nice, spacious comfy couch, dining table, and king-sized bed. There aren't many hangers here, but enough for a few items. There are long linens, an iron, and an ironing board available. There is a small refrigerator, a kettle, a toaster, and coffee, among other amenities. The spa suite's bathroom is in the bathroom. A large bathroom with plenty of space, a spacious, fully tiled shower, and a spacious double-corner spa. The spa performed exceptionally well! If you're seeking extra comfort in your lodging, it's definitely worth paying a little more for the spa suite. Again, the restroom was spotless. We decided to remain in this place. I would definitely suggest this place. This place is fantastic to stay with your family. I really enjoyed staying here. Our family members were in a family suite, so the room exceeded all my expectations. The staff was amazing, particularly the receptionist. Excellent food, an indoor playground, and activities for the kids were offered at the restaurant. The bed and bedding were really comfortable. The only issues were that the shower was a little moldy, and the pool and spa were both very dirty with mold, bugs, etc. The air conditioners were extremely noisy and didn't function properly.

It was a busy week for dinner here. Massive bistro, conference room, and resort in one. The staff is excellent, professional, and quick. There are many large tables, and it is extremely noisy. But hey, it's a bistro. It's difficult to specify where to eat. Everyone is lined up in front of the walkway leading from the main entrance to the bistro. It's unfortunate that they didn't move the order area around the corner where two greeters stand in a sizable area called reservations. Much better suited to preparing food. Also, the bar seems to be overworked. Of course, there are many tas tables and a gaming room. Good selection of food. We came early and prepared as requested. A great restaurant to eat and it was recommended.
