When visiting family in Melbourne, this was our second time staying in a new serviced apartment. We recently spent five nights there. Steve the go courteously, quickly, and with consideration addressed some initial problems that we had. The apartments are a fantastic size, and there are plenty of cooking and laundry facilities available. However, they are a little drab and might benefit from a thorough spring cleaning. But, linens and towels were great. A major plus would be the air conditioning upstairs in the bedrooms. One of our fans broke down. In the hot Melbourne summer weather, pedestal fans simply don't cut it. A slight improvement to the pedestal fans would be ceiling fans. If some dishes were in the dishwasher, additional cutlery and crockery would be helpful, as well as spare bin liners and extra dishwasher powder. Overall, the apartments are of a great size and make it simple to eat in if necessary and keep on top of washing. The location is convenient and the parking is a plus.

We love the location of the apartments because they are close to family and new shops. The apartment size is perfect for a family with 2 children. Everything you need, including a kitchen, dining room, laundry and lounge room downstairs. Also liked the small private courtyard for a quiet chat and drink with your partner. The apartments are not new but well maintained.

Two storey townhouse with backyard in a great position but very old. There are water stains all over the ceiling below the bathroom. The car park is very secure.

We travel regularly with our family. We've been here a few times. Located in a great area, close to the city and the freeways to move around Melbourne. Comfortable accommodation, clean and relax after a long work day.
