The room is old but clean and comfortable. The apartment kitchen facilities are ok but no wifi is available. Parking free parked. Near restaurants and tram station so we can go to the city center. Its good value for money.

Since our last visit, these apartments have been upgraded! We adore this area as an interstate visitor area because it is quick access, convenient on-site parking, and accessible on-site parking. Luthor Street, where there are grocery and dining options, is only a 2 minute walk from the tram stop. The milk bar, where you can buy or top up your Maki card, restaurants, stores, cafes, bars, a park, and hairdressers, is only a short stroll away. The distance between the two steps at the entrance is a short stroll. Access is private and secure. Some individuals might struggle with mobility. Even though we live on lyon street, this is relatively quiet, which gives us comfort. The 2 steps at the entrance were not an issue with our ground level apartment. But there is no lift, and with luggage, climbing stairs up to the top floors may be challenging. There are good towels and linens, but the mattress is cozy. The huge hot shower is a big hit. Large living space with lots of space for seating, with a dining table and chairs, a flat-screen, and books and board games. There was a welcoming and quiet patio where we were on the ground floor. I stayed in one of the apartments for 2 nights, it was spacious and well furnished. They are close to the cafe strip on rathbone and trams run past the door. As I was in an apartment away from the street the noise level was low and not a problem. The internet connection was very good.
