We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Byron Bay, Our accommodation was very well located. Far enough from town to be quiet but close enough to walk to the beach and town. One negative was guests leaving dirty plates on the table in the hall attracting insects and the water in the fridge was not replaced.

Great property in top location. Quiet but close to the action. 10-15 minute walk to beach (the road stops as a road,but carries on as a track), 15 minute walk to town. Our room was lovely. No fridge in room but communal fridge in hallway works just fine. Manager Rooney was helpful and friendly.

Just loved the ambience of the place. Management Rooney was excellent. Very knowledgeable and happy to take time to assist with any questions. Definitely I will be back.

This property isn't too far from the city centre. It's really cozy, comfy and clean. We also had the opportunity of a bike ride through the city thanks to the available bikes of this property. It's the best place to book in if you want to rest. So quiet and peaceful every day. One day, for sure, we will come back.

Great place to stay, really enjoyed the whole environment. Great house, great room. great veranda, great garden and really quiet at night. We would love to stay here again. Not too far from the beach and the main street. They did have bikes to use but we didn't get time to ride.

We stayed in the Beachcomber room at Arcadia House and had an excellent time. The room was very comfortable and well appointed and the place was conveniently located. We were just close enough to town to walk but tucked away so that it was quiet and peaceful. We particularly liked being able to borrow the cruisers to cycle around. We would definitely come back to stay!

Fantastic stay at beautiful property. Rooney (property manager) was incredibly helpful even when we had to message at 10pm. Would definitely recommend and may well be back!

I loved everything about my stay. The room was more than I expected. The house is close to town, 10 min walking. The house doesn’t have a kitchen but in room you are able to make te or coffee.

Loved staying at Arcadia. Immaculate, spacious and comfortable room and bathroom. Room serviced daily which was a treat! Kate was a helpful and accommodating host. The only thing I missed is real coffee, instant sachets just didn’t do the job. Otherwise a variety of teas, milk kettle provided. Cafe precinct a 10-15 minute walk so a bit of a hike first thing in the morning. If you need your coffee fix first thing bring your own plunger and coffee and enjoy a coffee without leaving your room. Recommended!!
