Great location. Kids loved being able to run around in the safe grassy common area. Was a pleasant stay and will definitely consider staying again.

Very well maintained and clean. Spa suite was spacious and lovely. The front, main door was a bit hard to lock from the outside but overall very satisfied with it.

Came down to have a look around Rye and go to the hot springs. This place is so close and central to everything. Worth every cent spent!

Spent 3 nights here and had a great time visiting surrounding attractions- The Enchanted Maze at ARthur's Seat Back beaches where we enjoyed the amazing rockpools finding crabs, starfish, ocean fish and many other treasures The Big Goose where we spent most the day patting animals, playing mini gold, and jumping on the big pillow. Playing on the Rye beach paddling in the water and laying on the amazing playground there too! Enjoyed having a home away from home where we could cook meals as required and simply have some downtime from other activities. Roomy enough for 2 adults and 4 kids, including a portacot. also loved being within walking distance to fast food for when we needed it after a long day and getting home late.
