If you cant do anything else in your life, go to this hotel and speak with maggie xue. The Gambaro hotel is simply the best, and her service to me and my family was firstrate! I will only be returning, so i can expect her excellent, prompt, professional, or customer service. Well done.

We stayed at the gamblearo hotel for four nights because we had come to see the Paul McCartney concert. Maggie, Michelle, and Morgan welcomed us when we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, who treated us like family. They even checked out suncorp to find out when our expected arrival time was. We received the same kind and considerate treatment from every member of the personnel. The steak house and the seafood restaurant both received excellent culinary experiences. At each location, james took particular care of us. Once again, thank you, maggie, michelle, marshal, as well as the two Michaels. If and when do we return to Brisbane, well definitely return. Thank you all. Linda and dominik.

This place is the best place i have ever stayed. The staff is amazing! Above and beyond service requirements. I will definitely be back. Just fantastic!. And do yourself a favor by heading down the road to leftys music hall. You wont be disappointed.

To celebrate my partners birthday and have a restful nights sleep, i recently made reserving with this hotel. I discovered this motel at checkin to be of much higher quality than ive anticipated, and my reservation is deluxe room with swathes of tub. When he saw the surroundings and view in our room, we decided to stay another night! Its such tidy location, so every 7 am, breakfast is always served at our front door. In addition to the service, the man who worked at the front desk on Sunday and Monday mornings forgot to ask his name. He is truly incredibly helpful and enthusiastic staff. It can be said that this is the first time ill have encountered such excellent service providers. Every visitor is taken care of by him. We appreciate him for providing us with such an ideal lodging experience. Unfortunately, it is unfortunate to leave. At that time, there was no change to thank him properly and hardly went on work. The following time well return!.

During the concert of elton john, it was a fantastic stay. The hotel was fully booked, so the service was excellent from start to finish. Valet service met us in the parking lot. Additionally, we were assisted in moving our luggage and other equipment to the suite. When it came to providing local information, the front desk staff was efficient and very helpful. Despite the large number of people attending nearby restaurants and pubs, there was peace and quiet throughout the hotel, which is conveniently located for events at suncorp stadium. There was an available pillow menu and the bed and pillows were quite cozy. All the staff members had incredibly friendly and helpful nature and exhibited exemplary customer service skills. A fantastic visit!.

We had a great time! Nice bar downstairs with good service and nice cocktails. We enjoyed supper at the seafood restaurant, which was delicious. The restaurant provided excellent service as well. Our room was nice, but its just too dark. I had to use my phone to access my bag even with the lights on during the day. Although i realize it is mood lighting, it was just way too dim. Cleanliness in the room is good and comfortable, and the view is beautiful. Will definitely return!.

We stumbled upon this location by chance while looking for lodging near to a party we were attending in Brisbane. The room exceeded our expectations, was wellorganized, and immaculate. It was without denying that the bed was the greatest hotel bed weve ever slept in. When we arrived, they gave us just that and savoring breakfast as part of our request for reassurances that we would be staying in tastier accommodations. Very courteous and accommodating staff. On the next visit to Brisbane, we will most certainly stay at the gamblingaro.

We had an amazing experience at the gamblingaro hotel. We will definitely return because it was our first time staying at this hotel! We couldnt have been happier with our stay, from the ideal location for a concert at suncorp to the complimentary drink upon checkin, easy parking, free continental breakfast snack in the morning, doubleglazed doors to block out any outside noise, and the friendly and helpful staff. To top it off, they expressly posted two clothing items that we unintentionally left behind in their wardrobe, which they said were free of charge. Many thanks to gamblearoop hotel for making our visit so memorable!.

Would absolutely stay here again, and i would also recommend booking directly through the hotel as they provide great service and match third party websites. The team was very understanding and accommodating even though there was no error on their part. After a booking website made saggy reservation, we were accommodated by the staff even when there wasnt any error from them.

My husband and i stayed there last night for a concert at suncorp. The room was great, but sadly we could not give more stars for the service. Maggie was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and wellequipped. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast delivered to your room every morning. It would have been nice to have a few more options (for example, yoghurt and muesli). Great hotel that is nice and close to suncorp stadium.

We had a great time during our stay, thanks to the excellent staff and service provided. The hotel is conveniently located near kellys and tavern cinema, just 100 meters away. I would recommend this accommodation for couples because the rooms are quite cozy.

Excellent customer service from every employee. My wife and i were very impressed with the high quality they put on themselves, any requests within means were met with polite courtesy. The food was delicious. We will definitely make this a more frequent stay for our go to city events.

The hotel is nice, but there are a few things it could improve on. Comfortable hotel, large rooms, comfortable beds, good showers and modern amenities. The rooms are spacious and you get incredibly nice rooms with lots of space for ps 20 to 30 minutes to city hall or waterfront pier. Breakfast is included and is left outside your room so as not to wake you up. Staff were helpful with bags and offered to help at every opportunity. Location next to the barracks makes it easy to get around the cbd, location next door to mr. Coles, several good bars and restaurants, and can walk to landmarks relatively quickly (20-30 minutes from city center or waterfront jr station. However, there were some drawbacks. Our room occasionally smelled like draining from the pipes. We also did not get our room cleaned even though the light was turned on for this to be done in the room. They also lack some items (e. G. Pillow menu) which the online magazine says they have and it would be good for them to update if not provided. But overall, we had

We stayed in the best room available, the jg suite with balcony. Let me tell you, as soon as i arrived a young very professional valet man welcomed me, amazing service so professional, then when he checked in, ill be surprised to be able to grab 4 fullsize soft drinks and 4 large alcoholic drinks of my choice for the mini bar in this suite. How fantastic. I was accompanied up to my room by another professional relaxed back man and mended my feeling so welcome. The reason ive spent easily double that amount on shabby rooms at other locations in Brisbane and the vibe, decor, and atmosphere just dont compare at all. This place is now my goto room for our little staycation getaways we do once yearly with my partner thabks Gambaros. Really had the greatest night and really thought of the furnishings and fixtures in your establishment, especially the 5 star jug Suite.

This was our first time staying at the hotel. We were very excited. The rooms were quite dark and lacked lighting, especially in the bathrooms. However, the restaurant staff were excellent and the food was satisfactory but not as spectacular as we had anticipated. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but once was sufficient.

I always make a holiday reservation here, and we keep coming back to Gambaro every year. The staff is wonderful, the bed is comfortable, there are beautiful rooms, service is excellent, all the employees are nice, restaurant is absolutely divine, cozy beds, etc. Make us repeat customers. A truly lovely location for secluded getaways is the gamblero. Its conveniently located in the city near transportation and has almost everything you could possibly need, making it ideal for those traveling from abroad.
