Room was clean and had a new carpet, bed was comfortable, shower was hot and the location was quiet. A basic breakfast was included and was more than sufficient to kick off the day's activities. The room and bathroom were both quite small but I didn't need more for a single night. Only gripes were that the door handle to the bathroom was broken and quite a sharp screw had to be used to open the door. The shower could also benefit from a basic tray or soap holder for toiletries. Overall, it was a good experience and good value.

Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. We were so close to 3 sisters view point and lots of walking paths which made exploring easy. The hotel is not a far walk from town and also on the hop on bus route. The rooms are clean and there is a relaxing atmosphere everywhere

Man darf für das Geld keinen Luxus erwarten, aber es ist sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Service der Mitarbeiter ist sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit . Das Hotel liegt nah an den schönsten Wanderwege Blue Mountains. Ich würde wieder buchen. Einrichtung Art-Deco...

Katoomba is like a step back in time with lots of guest houses. The Belgravia was no exception. Clean and tidy with a holiday feel about it.

A good distance from Katoomba train station but only 5min walk to the Three Sisters view point. Quiet neighbourhood, relaxing stay. However, fridge was only one for all rooms in the hall.

We kregen een upgrade naar La Maison Boutique Hotel omdat Belgravia Mountain Guest House geschilderd werd. De nieuwe kamer was goed, alleen de ramen zaten vol met spinnenweb en waren erg vies. Het hotel ligt op een paar minuten afstand van de three sisters en 15min lopen vanuit het dorpje Katoomba.

Unfortunately I booked for the wrong week and only worked it out when I went looking for my booking upon arriving to Katoomba. I’m sure this is a lovely stay, but a phone call when we didn’t check in would have been appreciated!

Unfortunately some of the cleaning staff were not on so the check in was delayed by an hour and a half. The staff that were there were very apologetic and sincere.

Belgravia Guest House was clean and quiet; suitable for an overnight business trip. Plenty of parking at the property. Staff were helpful, ensuring a late check in was hassle free. If you are looking for a romantic getaway, look elsewhere.

The check-in was great, very friendly staff. There are lots of facilities to use at the hotel, but you are so close to some amazing sites you are better off heading on walks and enjoying the scenery. The only small problem were the beds were a bit tough and the walls paper thin, we could hear everything going on in the next room so was hard to sleep. But with that said, for this price you can't complain!
