We have found our new go to accommodation in Melbourne CBD. Location is great. We stayed in an apartment with balcony, city view - street noise was not an issue (even with a club across road). Kitchen was well equipped (oven, stove top, fridge/freezer) Bed was comfy, shower was spacious. Gym and laundry on site. Staff were friendly and everyone seems genuinely happy to be at work & chat with guests; even in passing in halls & lift. The little things have been thought of: reliable wifi, TV casting to enable streaming, adeqaute crockery cutlery, cooking utensils for 2 people. Complimentary midday check out was cherry in the cake :) Suggestions for improvements: hair dryer in bathroom would be great! A dust pan to sweep up crumbs. More than 1 face washer per stay. Overall, clean, quiet, spacious, well equipped and excellently located for all Melbourne has to offer. Can't wait to come back :)

Great location. Close to city and most restaurants. Approximately 15 mins walk. Great staff. Requested late checkout Easter Monday on one of our two rooms. Wasn’t a problem. Very accomodating. Requesting both rooms next to each other also and that request was also met.

A quiet and clean hotel located in the heart of the CBD. Walkable to everything. Front desk staff was helpful when we needed to adjust our booking and while acting as a concierge. Highly recommend a stay here.

The location was excellent, walking distance to shops, Southbank, Victoria Markets, theatre. Opposite Hardware lane with restaurants, bars etc. The room was clean and comfortable although a couple of us found the beds uncomfortable but I found mine fine.Would definitely recommend staying here.

Right in the heart of Melbourne. Easy to find, nice room. Great restaurants around. 24 hr reception. Good safety. Windows may be double glazed as pretty quiet even though lots on in town.
