We were located on the 19th floor with a magnificent view south overlooking the lake and Parliament house. Parking easy, access to lift foyer easy. There was no Luggage trolley at Basement B2. King Bed very comfortable, nice bath, new furniture and looks like new paint work since we visited 2 years ago. There were no toilet brushes in either bathroom. Overall a pleasing 3 days

Pool was heated to a really comfortable temperature considering Canberra weather was cloudy and 16 degrees. Rooms were clean and staff were very friendly. Sauna and gym in basement carpark which is not the nicest environment but the facilities are decent.

The unit was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. Having a big space meant kids had the freedom to do different activities without being contained in a limited area. Cooked food comfortably and enjoyed almost everything except small showers but other things balanced out.

Resepsionis buka mulai 07.00 hingga 22.00. Para tamu yang datang di luar jam tersebut diminta untuk menghubungi pihak properti secara langsung sebelum kedatangan, sehingga pengaturan alternatif akan dilakukan.
WiFi di dalam kamar dikenakan biaya sebesar AUD 15 per hari.
Akomodasi ini berada dekat dengan proyek 'Raising London Circuit' yang bekerja sama dengan Proyek Light Rail Canberra dan dapat menyebabkan kebisingan konstruksi.
Saat ini dampaknya masih terbatas, namun pekerjaan terus berlangsung dan kami ingin menginformasikan kepada seluruh tamu mengenai proyek ini.
Akomodasi ini menerapkan sistem tanpa uang tunai dan hanya menerima pembayaran menggunakan kartu kredit/debit.
