A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking in accordance with our terms and conditions.All guests are required to sign a rental agreement directly with Professional Holiday Homes at least 24 hours prior to check-in. For same-day bookings, the rental agreement must be signed within one hour of making the reservation.
