Will give 5 stars as rooms are big, no road noise, big fridge, close to trams, close to a pub, parking at your rooms door. Great for a weekend visit!!!

Pretty central area, easy access to anything you need. Very quiet only heard the occasional tap turn on or a emergency services siren. Was visting for a family birthday. Was able to come and go as i pleased. The room its self, yes, was dated but very clean. Bathroom is well due to be upgraded but everything worked and the shower heat and pressure was the bomb after a long day. The cleaner on sunday was awesome. Made sure i was all stocked for coffee and tea. Then when my little girl was sick i was able to get easy help from the after hours doctors and the dashers were able to bring me everything i need to help her be comfortable. Find us with ease. I apologised to the staff in the office for any issues we had cause. Nothing was a bother. Was a excellent stay all things given.

Mates! Let me tell you: I had pretty low expectations, but given we had a big ute, 3 bikes and a bike trailer and planned to explore the city on bikes, and also, not having a crap load of disposable income, we booked this place. I'm embarrassed to say: expectations were low. It looks like an old school motel from the 80s. But I tell ya what, I rate this place heaps. Here's a few things: service - friendly. Location - amazing. Right next to a bike path, boom, we cruising into the city in no time. Shops, heaps of restaurants, parks, pubs, whatever, it always seemed to be like a 2 minute bike ride or 5-10 minute walk. And the shower... Didn't look like much. But I've stayed in a lot more expensive places that had showers that were a mere misty spray compared to this bad boy. Heat, pressure, baaaaah, it had it all, coming at ya. 2 double beds and a banging shower for a bargain rate. Ill recommend to anyone going to Canberra, don't waste your money on hoighty toighty hotels, this place is exactly where you wanna be. Well, it was for us anyway. Also, room was big. We had 3 bikes, a bike trailer and a pram. And we kept them all inside and still had space to crawl around with our baby. Good on you guys. Love it.
