Booking Terms & ConditionsBooking & Payment- Properties cannot be held without payment.- 50% deposit required at time of booking.- Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.Additional Costs- Cleaning, linen, and booking fees apply to all properties and included in the booking total.Bond & Check-In- Security bond via credit card pre-authorization (minimum $1,000; varies by property).- Online check-in form required before arrival: (sent after booking confirmed).- A Copy of Photo ID will be required- A copy of a Credit card will be requiredExtended Stays- Bookings over 14 days require mid-stay cleans at guest’s cost.
