As a Superhost we aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible! There are a few things we would like to share with you. We would truly appreciate your co-operation by agreeing to and accepting our house rules. Thank you in advance!

Functions:
Our apartment is for residential purposes only. Functions/parties big or small are strictly not permitted and penalties apply.

Number of guests:
The number of guests must not exceed the number of beds provided for, or the number agreed to at the time of booking.

Breakages or Damages:
As the guest you are responsible for all damages, breakages and loss incurred during the term of your occupancy. Please kindly report any breakages or damages as soon as possible, so we can rectify the issue.

Cleaning:
The property is offered in good clean condition. On departure please kindly ensure that all rubbish is removed and placed in bins provided and the property left in a clean and tidy state. Rubbish over and above what will fit in the supplied exterior wheelie bins will incur a removal fee.

Should the professional cleaners be required to do more than their usual clean due to the premises being left in an untidy state, an hourly rate of $48.00 per hour will be charged for excess cleaning.

Kindly wash the sand off your feet before entering the apartment.

PLEASE NOTE: If the jacuzzi is left in an unclean state, ie: sand present, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $80.00.

Please refrain from rearranging the furniture.

Children/Infants:
All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Infants and children must be supervised by a parent/guardian, at all times.

Excess noise
You are holidaying in a residential area, please be respectful not to disturb our lovely neighbours. No loud music at anytime!

Please take care not to lose the keys, as charges will apply for any damaged or lost keys.

AT THE END OF YOUR STAY COULD I KINDLY ASK THAT YOU: Place all rubbish in the outside rubbish & recycling bins. Place all towels in the laundry sink. Wash all dishes/run the dishwasher & return items to appropriate cupboards & drawers. Turn off all lights & appliances. Please ensure all doors are closed and locked.

Please kindly ensure that the BBQ is cleaned if used, otherwise a cleaning charge will apply.

The property is privately owned: the owners are not responsible for any accident, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.
