Quick in and out. Very courteous staff and helpful. No microwave in the room but theres mini fridge and kettle. stocked with tea coffee sugar body lotion, shampoo etc. Sufficient towels and nice bedding. Great view. Happy with the stay and happy to come back!

We arrived early but it wasn't a problem to get into our room. We met one of the owner and his daughters which are really friendly people. We also enjoyed a delicious lunch in the newly opened restaurant as well as all the wild kangaroos roaming the city. That place is definitely a recommendation. We reserved a family room for one night because the weather prevented us from going camping. Our trailer was in storage so the service we received from the booking was excellent. The rooms were clean and peaceful. We abruptly left our laptop behind and received a call after being too far from the hallways gap. We found it very difficult to locate a courier who could pack and pick up our laptop, but the motel arranged to pack and deliver it by simply post on our behalf. Thank you for the fantastic service you provided. Although this isn't a five-star luxury resort, it was fantastic at 130 dollars for a family room. I would without a doubt suggest this motel for its value, position, most notably because of the wonderful employees and administration.

My wife and I would miss our two-year overseas holiday despite being stuck in Victoria in 2020 because of international cost restrictions. A friend advised us to visit Halls Gap because we were unable to travel to Nepal, Peru, or any other nation, and neither of us had been there before. Since December 2020, we have now visited Halls Gap five times and have stayed at Country Plaza Gap five times. It's a smooth stay with the ideal setting of Country Plaza Halls Gap, a short walk from all the major amenities. Also quite affordable. Because the mountains were directly across the street, a lot of our hikes even began from the motel. For families or couples, we heartily endorse Country Plaza Halls Gap.

We came here with a great friendliness and sincerity. If you need somewhere to sleep, the location is perfect. The room was neat, and the bed was quite comfy. Besides that, they also kept the grounds in great condition and the view from the second story is amazing. Plus, the location is also close to the main street and nightlife, which is a quick walk but still a very calm and private place.

Great position. Good price. Main concern was the toaster that looked like the plastic had melted around the top. Didn't look safe to use. The cleaning staff also played their music too loud all day when my daughter was trying to sleep as she was feeling unwell.

Comfortable stay, generous sized room. Great location within an easy walk to town. Only downside was check in. We arrived at 6pm, reception wasn’t attended. Called the mobile twice and call would not go through. Had to use the emergency phone out side to make contact to check in .
