After arriving for checkin, the room wasnt ready for about two hours, but the staff was very helpful, especially a young man named anders at the concierge desk. He was excellent at his job, very professional and very helpful, and i thought he was worthy of mention because of how well he handled the situation.

I stayed here as a little getaway with my family. Melbourne is a beautiful city, and this hotel makes the most of it with great views of the river yarra. The location is great in southbank with a tram right out front. The room was a good size with two large beds, lots of pillows, turndown service with chocolate and slippers. Very comfortable. 3 chairs, a desk, a small dressing area, the beststocked bar, dressing gowns. The bathroom is large with 2 sinks, separate bath with tv my daughter stayed in the bath forever, great shower etc. The concierge and checkin were warm and friendly, and everything was clean. The pool area was not bad, but the beds were short, and there was no atmosphere etc. But it was clean and a good size, very busy so be warned. We had a very good stay and would recommend it.

Our stay was definitely better than expected. Every aspect of our stay was taken care of and we were treated like vips. All the staff were friendly, considerate and happy to serve. The food was delicious and i would highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a luxury experience.

An incredible experience at crown towers. Even over the grand prix weekend when it was fully booked, the service was outstanding. The restaurants surrounding it are fantastic, and the conservatory is a must for breakfast. The pool was very calm and relaxing, especially after a long day at the f 1. After the pool, we can see that our room was ready for sleep! An amazing hotel and the best in Melbourne.

This hotel is in a convenient location along the southbank of yarra river, within walking distance of city cbd. The price is a bit high, but the quality is good and well maintained. The staff is friendly and professional. Right next to the crown entertainment complex with lots of restaurants and entertainment options. Love the night view and fire shows that start at the start of every hour from 8 pm - midnight.

Luxurious and in a great location. Due to a significant ferry delay, we arrived late. We were overjoyed to be given an upgrade. The valet service is pricey.

The location is excellent, especially the nighttime view. Shopping is also convenient, making it ideal for firsttime travelers. The majority of the servers are fluent in both english and chinez, making communication simple.

Lokasi hotelnya sangat strategis, ada pusat perbelanjaan di lantai dasar. Sangat nyaman untuk berbelanja dan makan, tetapi dekorasi hotel relatif tua. Pada hari pertama check-in, saya pikir orang asing tidak perlu dibersihkan jika begadang sampai siang lalu keluar dan tidak ada layanan kebersihan. Ini sangat aneh. Mungkin ini gaya mereka!

Hotel ini memiliki lokasi yang bagus tepat di sebelah Sungai Yarra. Jalan-jalan, makan, dan berjalan-jalan di tepi sungai semuanya terasa menyenangkan. Di bawah hotel terdapat Melbourne, kawasan yang ramai dan nyaman dengan berbagai toko populer. Pelayanan executive loungenya bagus dan sarapannya banyak. Saran!

This morning, i went there for breakfast at the conservatory. It was wonderful to walk around and see the stores. Crown towers is a great place to unwind and appreciate being in Melbourne. When you arrive, i advise purchasing a rewards card for the crown membership. You receive points for every store and place you make purchases at inside, as all the stores and places you do. Its simple to walk everywhere because the crown is still in a fairly central location. Its a fantastic place to spend time. I suggest checking out the hotel. The rooms are fantastic, as ive been told.

There arent enough bands playing in the casino. It used to be fun, and a band used to play in the large room near the lumia bar, where there used to be a dj playing. The staff at the gaming tables were very, very polite, fun and helpful when they explained how the game was played. Beautiful displays of the Chinese new year animals in the foyer where the big staircase is. The toilets were exceptionally clean. New gaming rules, which are good to avoid gambling addictions, with a maximum of 3 hours on a machine, and you need to take a 15 minute break from the machine. The partner kept forgetting he needed to take his membership card and lost 2 cards that evening, but luckily no one can use them because your membership card has a pin # you need to login with. The security staff were amazing and friendly, unlike the staff they used to have at the casino entrances who were grumpy and grouchy looking, and they couldnt even crack a smile! The security staff who were on when my partner and i were there were fantastic!.

The location and service of this hotel are excellent. The lobby is particularly nice, with festivalrelated light shows, many facilities, and comprehensive catering! The room is huge! And parking is convenient in the hotel lobby. Its hard to find a second hotel in Melbourne.

My personal experience was quite good, the hotel definitely lives up to its standards. The rooms were beautiful, but there were some supplies that i think should be added. The staff is friendly, helpful, and approachable.

This staycation was fantastic. The twin room was perfect and spacious. The kids had a great time with the christmas decorations. It was so nice to walk around and have so many options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The best part is the pool time.

We stayed here for our 35 th birthday. I have stayed at other crown hotels but this is the best one yet! No complaints. Amazing service from the moment you step into the door until you check out. We were lucky to have our room on level 27 and enjoyed the city view while the sun was setting. The pool was huge and i made sure to go early in the morning. There is an adults only from 8 am to 10 pm which is also good. When we returned to our room in the afternoon we found our pillows ready to sleep on, the blinds closed and a small box of chocolates by our bed side tables. Thank you so much for your great service and hospitality for this special weekend. Looking forward to booking again soon!.

Crown towers went above and beyond for our stay. I called at 2 am after hitting a kangaroo and getting my car towed. I needed an emergency hotel room and they were great at accommodating me. The manager gave us a free late checkout so we could sleep a few extra hours. The room was beautiful with a great breakfast. All service was 5 star, very attentive. Would recommend for a special night out in Melbourne!.
