Lovely welcoming staff and informative introduction. Comfortable, spacious room with delicious cooked breakfast. Located in centre of town with off street parking. We loved our 2 nights here!

The Old Bank in Cygnet was such a charming place to stay. The staff were genuinely friendly & helpful & we were made to feel at home. Everything we needed was provided & the room (the Stirling Suite) was beautifully styled. The ensuite bathroom was gorgeous. Breakfast in the adjoining garden-room cafe was superb, and the apple orchard out back was lovely to explore. The accommodation was well-placed for exploring the many niche shops in the village on foot. I always say you can’t go wrong in a town that has a good butcher, and in this case two! A pity we couldn’t sample their fine-looking products. We really couldn’t fault this place - meticulous attention to detail and great service made for a memorable stay. Highly recommended!!

My partner and I made an emergency reservation fairly late on the same day we were meant to arrive in town. We encountered some extenuating circumstances during our vacation, which meant we needed a safe place to sleep for a couple of nights. Despite this short notice, our stay was fantastic! We did a contactless check-in after hours, arriving sometime after 7pm. This was a godsend after the long, and frankly terrible, day we’d had. In the morning, the staff were very welcoming, accommodating, and I felt at ease immediately. Our room was impeccably clean, comfortable, and I also loved that our suite had a private bathroom. The included breakfast was quite good as well- and I’m a fairly picky eater. Overall, it was money well spent and I would love to go back someday. Additionally, the town of Cygnet is quite charming itself. There are a few options nearby for food, fun, shopping, etc., but I was particularly fond of a cafe/bakery that makes an absolutely divine sourdough baguette. I dream of that bread even now

We stayed for two nights. From the time we booked in, we were treated with absolute politeness, a special thank you to Wanita and Cassandra who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home , and the rest of staff who provided great service at breakfast. Our room / bathroom were very clean and comfortable, the house and surrounds are absolutely amazing. A lovely place to stay with wonderful people, we will definitely stay again.

The room was beautiful, the decor amazing but most of all the staff ! Cassandra and her team in the cafe downstairs for breakfast each morning were lovely and fun to chat to and Wanita who prepared our room was amazing. Loved our stay !

Room was very comfortable and looked great on arrival, well stocked mini bar. Bed was very comfortable with high quality bedding. Large bathroom with good towels and amenities. Breakfast selection was good in the cafe/bistro, pleasant service.
