All the staff is very kind. The check-in process was very smooth. But I think Ross was very kind, he even let us check in early. They also provided a free room upgrade. They also give a lot of local suggestions and hidden gems, also breakfast is available for $33 per night. The area is close to free parking, with a good cleanliness, with free wifi, a comfy, very warm bed, and a homey atmosphere. I would stay here again.

We rented mountain bikes here and had great value for the money. Ross, the owner, was on duty all day, giving us information on which trails to choose and giving us tips for other activities. We got a ton of parts, spare tires and tools, but didn't need any of them. The bikes were high-quality and lightweight mountain bikes from the bigger brands and in very good condition. Five stars, well deserved.

I reserved one night at the Flying Fox so that I could get some time to experience the blue mountains and the wonderful World Railway. The backpackers are an old mansion, but everything is done to ensure that you have a pleasant stay. While I was there, there was a great community, and I had the great opportunity to meet people from around the world. Dinner was also provided, which was very nice. The dorm room's temperature was the largest drawback. The dorm room was cold, and the heater was all that kept the room warm.

The hostel is a small and clean place, with a cozy atmosphere. It's perfect for a relaxing place to stay on your travels. The kitchen is small, but there is plenty of shelf and fridge space. The owner is kind and does everything in his power to make you have a good time. In addition, he also provides me with personal paints for an evening spent in the hostel.

I highly suggest it. To explore the Blue Mountains, my husband and I stayed here for a few nights. Because we didn't have a car, the hostel's proximity to the Katoomba train stop made it a fantastic central location for us to walk around and explore. The flying fox is great for everyone, and Rose was very welcoming and helpful in providing great recommendations for places to visit. With excellent facilities and a cozy fireplace, the hostel itself is cozy and welcoming! We had a wonderful time and will undoubtedly be back.
