Beautiful property, amazing service like if your room is not ready they will help accommodate and make you feel welcome and provide any amenity you may need like using the spa… clean, gorgeous, centrally located, located near wharf/ferry and all transportation, safe and convenient.

The Four Seasons Sydney was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. In over 110+ countries around the world, the service, kindness, room service, accommodations, huge soaking bath, I could go on. Not to mention Location, Location, Location to bars, restaurants and the Sydney Opera House. This was my first time in this luxury hotel but pray it won’t be the last!!!

Check in was efficient and the gal wished my daughter a happy birthday. When we got to the room there was a little dessert for her and a hand written card which was very thoughtful. The room was beautiful, comfortable and well appointed. While we were only there 2 nights, we never got a cleaning but it seemed someone came in as the trash can was emptied and the mini fridge was re-stocked, although the water was not. We called and someone came right away. The pool, however, specifically the hot tub, needs work. The tile was all chipped and the jets didn't work. It looked pathetic for such a highly rated hotel such as The Four Seasons. Overall we had a wonderful time and would definitely come back.

I don’t believe “no” is in the vocabulary of the staff. Whatever I needed, they had (plug adapter and a charger when mine died), and even things I didn’t know I needed, they provided (a bookmark and a cord holder). My room was upgraded to a partial Harbour view, and I spent many an hour in the window nook enjoying Vivid Sydney from the comfort of my room. From the front desk to house keeping, everyone was friendly and took care of everything so I didn’t have to worry about anything. Convenient location to landmarks; trains, ferries and buses two blocks away, but a very walkable city if you have the time. The only disappointment was the “signature” hot chocolate - I had read online about how decadent it is, but the one I got at the To Go bar was less than average.
