Beautiful garden, amazing breakfast spread. Nice size room with spectate toilet and shower. The amenities are better than a 5 star hotel (lotions, creams, gels, coffee syrups etc). Hopefully the shower curtains can be replaced soon, but…. The gorgeous outdoor shower can always be used!

I heartily endorse this location because you can tell that the proprietor takes great pride in providing such a thoughtful and welcoming lodging. It's really lovely and something you seldom see very often in recent times. Thank you for a wonderful time! Absolutely wonderful and enjoyable encounter. The host is incredibly kind and all the tiny details go a long way toward making this location cozy. Free water, plenty of towels, an ac, a hot chocolate machine, a barista coffee machine, and a fully equipped kitchen that we can use if we want to. All day, a lot of complimentary tea and coffee are readily accessible. There are so many delightful options for breakfast. They are not cooked, instead, it resembles a selection of fruit and bread, but there are eggs and pancake mixes available to make your own, and then you simply place everything in the dishwasher, which is incredibly simple. If you inquire, the host will be happy to make it for you. We had everything we required in a rather comfortable, roomy room. Both a washer and a garment drying rack are complimentary. Additionally, lots of parking are available. You can tell the proprietor takes great pride in providing such a well-thought-out and welcoming setting.

What a fantastic surprise this place was. A very welcoming welcome and a great room. The best part, however, was the breakfast. Many options and homemade bread. If you want to be pampered like visiting kings, this is the place. Thank you scott for being such a wonderful host. You will definitely see us again when we return to Australia.

Overall, a great place for couples. Scott, you have a lovely accommodation. Everything was as described. Hadn't done bob before, and it was fantastic. Both slept well and woke up refreshed. Breakfast is delicious, from the beautiful flatware to the variety of condiments. Breaky begins at 630 1100, so no rush. Check out is at 1200, another plus.

I will stay here again in 2023. Excellent stay. Scott was very kind and flexible when booking rooms. After a day of visiting older family members, I felt at home in the I I was a nice place to unwind. I chatted to some intriguing guests. Excellent location close to the esplanade, and the rooms had some character. I enjoyed breakfast and access to the kitchen during the day.

The condition of the room was clean and comfortable, but not too far from the beach, restaurants, and shops that I am very pleased with. The hospitality was very friendly. I love meeting new people in the breakfast area. The location is perfect.
