I have nothing bad to say about the gold coast inn. We stayed here for 7 nights and had a great time. The rooms were neat and tidy, the staff were helpful and only 200 meters walk to the beach. Definitely the best value i have found on the Gold coast so far.

Its a basic lodging with clean rooms and onsite swimming pool. It is very overpriced for what it is. There are definitely more value in nearby places where breakfast is at least included. The tram is right outside which is good because there arent really any decent restaurants or activities to do within walking distance.

I would definitely stay there again. Would suggest. They accommodated our requests and provided us with enough towels and toiletries for both of us. It was spotless and modern. The staff was friendly. There were only negative things i could find to say negative, such as the showers difficulty in setting the temperature and pressure. Also, a hair dryer was impossible to locate. But thats all.

The room was spotless. It was difficult to get to the reception. The location is excellent for getting from a to b. If you can sleep through noise, it is incredibly effective. We could hear people walking up the stairs, toilet flushing, and trams. One night was fantastic! My cup of tea two nights.

I made a reservation online with my father while i was in the hospital, but he didnt realize until later that ive reserved it for the next month instead of the day ill be there. Tony, the nice man whose name evidently matched my partner, was incredibly patient and kind and fixed it so yo could spend the night with him, providing excellent customer service and attention. The room was excellent and had towels and amenities. It included utensils and other amenities as well as jugs. There was also nifty amenities like london, tv, toaster, microwave, air conditioning, and flier. I believe there was both ps1 and spa available for visitors. Additionally, it offered

I appreciate the restaurants meals, and the room was clean and equipped with all the necessities for comfort. Tony actively communicated the details of the checkin and checkout process with me and was very helpful with my requests during my trip. Great location too.

We never stayed because of the number of stairs. We needed safe access for my elderly mother. Booked a hotel with escalator instead.

The room was clean and spacious, with a large tv. However, the shower door cant close properly, and the screens are hard to close. The tap is broken, there are no pillows in place to help when laid on them, they fall flat. Great location.

The communication with Antonio was simple and clear! Even though we couldnt check in early, the selfcheckin process worked perfectly for us! The room was spotless and ideal for our onenight stay. I didnt get a chance to swim, but i wish ive done! It was conveniently located near enough to walk where we wanted without having to deal with the allnight noise. The location was ideal, being close enough that we could walk there without experiencing any nighttime noise at all. A great little spot to spend ten or twenty nights on the coast! I had an amazing stay at gc inn! The staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable and clean, with a lovely atmosphere and central location of the property made exploring easy. Cant wait to come back! Highly recommended for remembrance

The staff at gold coast inn over the phone were friendly and efficient, making checkin easy. They provided good service throughout our stay, adding a personal touch that made us feel valued. The bed was comfortable, ensuring i had slumber. We appreciated how the rooms decor created ambiances that were warm and inviting. It was easy to explore the local area because of the hotels convenient location. Returning to our room after taking up was peasy.

The room exceeded our expectations in terms of size and cleanliness. The beds were comfortable and wellkept. There was enough food and drink in the fridge to make tea and coffee, and there was plenty of plates, cups, mugs, etc. For our needs. Amazing water pressure in showers. Cleanliness was maintained well throughout the pool area. Friendly, welcoming service was provided. Without a doubt, this is incredibly good place to stay.

The rooms were fine. The mattress had springs coming through that werent the most comfortable. There are fans in the room that look like they have never been cleaned, full of dust. It was reasonably quiet considering the location. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very basic but clean. Nice pool and parking on site. The entry gates shut with a loud clang that could easily be fixed, luckily most guests were considerate. Day manager was helpful and pleasant.
